Shops and restaurant within walking distance. Beach at the base of the building no road in front just the sea. Perfect holiday destination. For those who want to ski and have the sun at the same time this winter book our flat it is only 1h drive from the ski resort of Gréolières les neiges. Owners also own nice villa cottage with pool 15 minutes drive away from this flat (reference FR6129). Also possible to rent for one night or more a yacht that we have in the marina. Important notes on accommodation

This flat is a proper 55m2 one bedroom apartment opening up on to a beautiful panoramic sea view terrace with quality dining table and chairs. It has been fully refurbished recently and purpousely kept in the original configuration of the architect. Very few flats are available with the situation it has and fitted out to this high standard.

"Excellent"

Well furnished, spacious (for two adults), soundproof,comfortable king bed, secure building, easy access, located on beach, two minutes walk to beachfront stores, restaurants.Small garage in building, beautiful unobstructed view from balcony, with good quality dining table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. The location is beautiful and an ideal home base to explore the riviera. The apartment rental rate is very reasonable and the host Suzanne is very pleasant and provides a warm welcome. We travel quite frequently and found the apartment perfect for our needs...... highly recommended!!!!!!!

Recommended for: Age 55+ and romantic getaway

We stayed one week in late June 2012 and had a wonderful time in the appartment. Suzanne and Don made us feel very welcome immediately, even though we arrived at midnight. The appartment itself is very comfortable with quality in every detail. We slept well, enjoyed the fabulous ocean view from the terrace and convenient beach approach by elevator! We will certainly try to revisit soon!
