new bedroom area created with a "very comfortable" king sized bed,and its own flat screen tv.
The bathroom is fully renovated to a high standard with walk in shower, wc, and hand basin.
Kitchen includes 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster,pots and pans and all cutlery is provided.
Living room has leather sofa, with flat screened TV (Sky Sports 1-2) Eurosport, BBC1/2, ITV,ITV2, Channel 5,News channels and movie channels,and foreign channels. We also have a DVD player, DVDs can be loaned from rental office upstairs.
All towels and linen are provided,changed weekly

Fridge, Hob/Stove, Iron, Microwave.
Internet Access, Room Fans, Satellite, Telephone, TV.
The complex has 3 swimming pool 1 "baby" pool and 1 heated. Sun beds are free to use. The garden areas around the complex are tended daily and kept to a high standard.
Important notes on accommodation
The complex Wi-Fi access is not totally reliable,but can be accessed.There are numerous bars etc were free Wi-Fi is available.Internet time can also be bought at a reasonable price from the owners office,were there is two terminals are situated.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Discounts can be arranged for longer lets (4 weeks or more). Additional days to 7 are charged at £40 per night.
The main changeover day is Friday to Friday this can be flexible. We ask people to depart the apartment at 10:00 on day of departure to allow for cleaning but this can also be flexible with prior arrangements.
On booking apartment a 10% deposit is required (non refundable) then the balance is required 6 weeks prior to departure. Note apartment is to be vacated at 10:00am on day of departure unless prior arrangement is made.

A short 10 minute walk to local beaches, black and yellow sand. Good for fishing which is very popular locally.

How to get there
Tenerife South airport is only 20 minute drive away. Car rental is available but not necessary all local amenities are easily accessible.
Los Cristianos centre is only a short walk away with all its wide variety of restaurants and bars.

"It is remarkably quiet and relaxing"
We have stayed in this complex before and know it to be very attractive to look at and very well maintained. It is remarkably quiet and relaxing. The balcony of the apartment has a very good view overlooking one of the pools with the hills and mountains of Tenerife beyond. It has the sun all day. As for the apartment itself it is very well maintained and adequately equipped and it is clear that one of the two owners has a real gift for interior decoration. One point, although it did not apply to us, the complex is fairly high up a steep hill and this could be an issue for people with mobility problems.

"Fab, modern & ideal for all ages"
Great looking modern apartment, ideal for all ages. Being a young couple in early 20's the apartment is situated perfectly within walking distance to all amenities i.e. Nice restaurants, shops & bars. Already booked again for the summer, and will be booking again in future for sure. Very much recommended.
Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities and romantic getaway

"Does what it says on the tin"
I have decided to write this review after reading the negative one that has been left ,We have stayed at this lovely studio several times over the last few years and have always found it clean and tidy ,(So unless something has changed ??? the owners may have to comment!) we where there in 01/14 and it was fine , there are no table and chairs but there is none in the pics and the owner doesn't describe any, not a very fair description in our honest opinion

myslf and my partner pat stayed at the apartment in 2013 for four weeks, first impressions were how clean and modern the apartment was with excellent decor, a king sized double bed was a bonus, the balcony overlooked the main pool at the resort, the complex is a beautifully maintained complex, spotless and modern and quiet, we has a great four weeks and fully intended to rebook in 2014 but it was fully booked, we are however booked for six weeks in 2015 in the apartment for six weeks and can thoroughly recomend it!! also we met the owners this year at the poolside, a` really lovely couple who are genuine and friendly RECOMMENDED

"Great little studio"
Stayed in this lovely studio for 8 days,very clean and well equipped,plenty of towels,really comfy kingsize bed.We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for breakfast and the evenings when we didnt feel like going out to eat.The only thing this studio could benefit from would be air-conditioning as although we had ceiling fans I found it a bit stuffy at night.We would definitely stay there again.
Recommended for: Age 55+ and romantic getaway

I live in the UK with my wife Jan,we have 3 "children" I say children they are 34,31 and 20 years old.We have 4 grand children.Both Jan and myself work but try and get out to the Island as often as possible. We have had the apartment for 6+ years now and have re-furbished it to a good standard.You will find all you need in the apartment and if we have missed any thing it can be obtained. We want the apartment to be as comfortable as your own home. We fell in love with Royal Palm because of the way it is kept clean, the quietness and tranquility. It is only a short walk to the Restaurants, Bars and the beach, but far enough to have the peace and quiet on a night time.

Why this location?
Royal Palm complex is a very clean well run complex which attracted us to it in the first place. The area is classed as "up and coming" with a lot of new good restaurants and bars, which cater for all tastes, but none too noisy! It is only a short walk to the sea front and the centre of Los Cristianos,were more shops, bars and restaurants can be found.
