The apartment is located at the end of Los Cristianos Bay with views of the sea and mountain. It is situated right on the beach front close to bars restaurants and shops. The apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Transport to and from the airport can be arranged. The complex has a large swimming pool, children's pool and a poolside bar providing food and drink. There are supermarkets very close by.
The bedroom has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.
The bathroom has bath with shower over, toilet and vanity unit and is fully tiled throughout.
Cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster and fully equipped.
Lounge with dining area. Satellite TV including English channels and music system. Sofa bed sleeps 2 additional people.
Towels and linen provided. The apartment is cleaned at the end of each stay.
Fridge, Hob/Stove, Iron, Microwave, Oven.
The complex is wheelchair friendly. There is a lift to all floors and is ideal for people who don't like steps.
Large poolside area, overlooking the sea, with sun loungers available. Internet access available at reception which is manned at all times. Safe facilities are also available at reception.

How to get there
Nearest airport is Reina Sofia (Tenerife South). 15 minute taxi ride. Nearest ferry for trips to other islands is just 15 minutes walk away. Car hire is not essential but there are many car hire companies available.
Tenerife is steeped in history and has a beautiful climate with all year round sunshine. There are numerous places of interest to visit which can easily be reached by car or by taking advantage of the many organised half day and full day coach and boat trips.

"OK, but could easily be better"
Apartment is in a good location at the southern end of Los Cristianos. It is on the 3rd floor of the main tower in the complex, facing almost directly South East. The balcony has an unobstructed view of Montana Guaza straight ahead and out to sea to the right. Although there is a low level wing of apartments in front of the balcony, these are well below the level of this apartment and so one looks straight over the top. When we were there in January the balcony was in the sun from approximately 08:30 to 15:30. Plenty of on-street parking (as well as parking in the apartment block grounds – which we did not use). Overall I'd say that we found the apartment OK, but we did have a number of reservations, a lot of which boil down to things being somewhat tired / poor quality and a lack of thorough housekeeping between guests (e.g. not removing previous guests left over toiletries and medicines). Whilst the floors and bathroom walls have been re-tiled and the kitchen units / cooker / fridge are modern, some of the furniture and equipment (e.g. TV and radio) are well past their best. We have provided feedback to the owner and she assures me that she is going to attend to matters when she is next there. The kitchen equipment all worked fine. Lashings of hot water and very good water pressure – so great showers. We'd also say the smallish single beds were on the firm side. The apartment might work for 4 people if that were to include two young children, but the lounge area is not that large (for the sofa bed to be opened out). Although the apartment is next to the lifts, we did not notice any noise from them in the slightest. The only real disturbance was from a couple of the bars on the opposite side of the street below. Other than that, very quiet. As its stands, describing it as “luxury apartment” is stretching things somewhat and there is more to do before one could honestly say “recently been refurbished to a high standard”. Overall we didn't let the above issues get in the way, but feel things could easily be quite a bit better.
