Property description

Originally an animal shelter, the property has been lovingly converted to provide 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and kitchen/Diner. It retains many original features, provides generous accommodation and has it's own private courtyard to the front with ample space for parking.

Accommodation description

Main bedroom (cave) with king size bed.
Second bedroom (on first floor) has double bed and a single bed.

En-suite bathroom to main bedroom.
Family bathroom on first floor.
Both bathrooms have toilet, wash had basin and walk in shower.

Large kitchen/diner. Kitchen has gas cooker, fridge/freezer. Dining area has dining table to seat six and there is a wood burning stove for the colder days.

Living Rooms:
Large comfortable living room, with satellite TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs. The large sofa is extendable and can be used as an additional bed if required.

The swimming pool has been completed and is available for guests use. A welcome pack is included with every booking.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
All linen and towels, including pool towels, are provided and changed weekly. Extra towels are available on request.

Barbecue, Shared Pool.

Fridge/Freezer, Hob/Stove, Oven.

Internet Access, Satellite, TV.

The property is unsuitable for wheelchairs.

There is a private courtyard to the front of the property with outdoor furniture and beyond the courtyard there is the main front to the property with a small garden area.

About the area

The beaches of Mojacar and Aguilas are on the Mediterranean coast approximately 1 hour away.

There are several golf courses approximately 1 hour away.

Skiing in the Sierra Navadas is just over an hour away.

How to get there
The nearest airport is Granada which is about an hours drive from Pulpite. Other airports are Almaria (80 mins), Murcia and Malaga are about 2 hours away.

Pulpite has no amenities. The nearest village Cullar is about 5km and has most of what you would need. There are banks, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a swimming pool (open July and August only) and other shops. Baza is 20km away and has many more shops and supermarkets.

Further Details
There is a market every Monday morning in the square in Cullar and a larger market can be found in Baza on a Wednesday morning or Huessca (about 30 mins) on Thursday morning.
