Notes on prices
Prices are per week in UK pounds. Special rates are available for long winter lets, please enquire.
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival 2pm and must be vacated at 11am on departure, however this may be flexible.
A 25% deposit is payable on booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to the arrival. There is also a £100 refundable breakage deposit payable with the balance, which will be returned on receipt of apartment keys.

About the area
The Algarve has over 100 miles of golden sandy beaches and most of the large ones have lifeguard patrols throughout the summer. The beaches are free to use apart from a small charge for the hire of the sun loungers and parasols and the beach bars offer excellent food and cold drinks. The nearest beach is 5 mins walk (Fisherman's Beach) there are many other beaches within walking distance. The new marina is only a 10 minute walk from the complex and holds over 300 boats and has plenty of cafes.
There are several golf courses in the surrounding area including Salgados which is only 10 mins drive away, Vilamoura which is only 15 mins away by car and renowned Vale do Lobo resort.
How to get there
Faro is the nearest airport approx 40km away / 30-35 minutes drive. Car hire is available at the airport. Airport transfer and Taxis are also available at the airport. As the apartments are centrally located to many of the local attractions, car hire is not essential. If, however, you want to explore the Algarve further car hire is available at very reasonable rates. The local bus service is very efficient and reliable if you do not wish to drive.
Zoo Marine with its interactive dolphins and water slides is a short bus ride away. The nearest water park is Aqualand, the largest in Portugal. Open from March to October. The marina has daily boat trips along the coast either dolphin watching or power boat trips or just fishing for your supper. There is a weekly market for fresh food or for the holiday gifts all at low prices.
The resort of Albufeira has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There is a small mini-market beside the apartment block with larger supermarkets within walking distance. Banks and cash-points are numerous around the area.
