Our Detached 2 storey villa is set in a prime location overlooking the pool with patios at the front and rear of the property. The large lounge has patio doors leading onto the patio area. Enjoy the DVD/CD player with Satellite TV.There is a secure gate and railings/walls for security. Take in the views from the roof top balcony and soak up the sun in privacy.The complex offers quality amenities including a childrens club and play area.

There is a small slope next to the villa which is accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs,There is a small step by the secure gate and a small step into the villa.

Large shared pool and children's pool with loungers. Pool towels provided in order to keep out any persons who are not staying on the complex. This is monitored by the lifeguard.

Notes on prices
Price is for the property per week in UK pounds.The basic rental charge covers the first 4 people using the villa.There is a surcharge of £50 per week,per person to cover additional laundry and other costs. There may be a surcharge over Xmas, New Year and Easter. We take a security deposit of £100 which is paid with the final balance & returned within 7 days of your return upon confirmation from our cleaners that there are no breakages.
Changeover day is normally a Friday but this is flexible,guests are asked to vacate the villa by 10am. On arrival villa is normally ready by 14.00 but may be ready earlier.

The sandy beaches of El Medano,Los Cristianos,Fanabe & El Duque are approx 10 mins away.You can enjoy the coastal walk around the Marina where the yellow submarine departs.
Siam Park one on Europe's largest water parks can be found approx 15 mins away.
Golf Del Sur boasts a 27 hole championship golf course,challenging with great views,this course has hosted the Tenerife open numerous times and is approx 5 minutes from our villa.
Amarilla Golf course ,a fantastic facility with an 18 hole course and a 9 hole par 3 course.situated along the coast line,the breeze makes this one very challenging,The course is approx 7 minutes from our villa.
The Golf Costa Adeje,Host to the ladies European tour has an excellent championship course, my personal favourite on the Island.This Par 72,18 hole course gives great views of the sea and is always kept in excellent condition.Also attached to the golf club is a 9 hole par 33 golf course.See pictures attached,the clubhouse is amazing.
Golf Las Americas is situated in the heart of Playa De Las Americas.The course is noted for its excellent maintenance.Having hosted international amateur and professional tournaments this 18 hole championship,par 72 golf course is not to be missed.

Close by is Winter Gardens bowling green which boasts one of the best all weather bowling greens you are likely to find. Tennis in town, water sports, golf less than 15 mins walk. Great for walking holidays or a winter sun break.
How to get there
Daily flights to Tenerife South (Reina Sofia Airport) from all UK and European airports. Golf Del Sur is approx 10 mins from the airport by car. There is a taxi rank outside the airport.
Alternatively if you wish to hire a car this can be done prior to your holiday over the internet or I would be more than happy to provide details of local car hire companies. In addition you can arrange car hire at the airport on your arrival.
Los Cristianos is approx 20 minutes drive this is ideal for restaurants,shops and the Beach.
Las Americas is approx 20 minutes drive ideal for nightclubs and bars.
Santa Cruz is approx 50 minutes drive variety of shopping and sight seeing.
Local Buses operate to all of these destinations.
Various supermarkets and shops within walking distance.San Blas Commercial centre on Golf Del Sur has a variety of shops,restaurants and bars together with various Banks.There are numerous places to visit including Loro Parque & Mount Tiede.

"A really pleasant surprise "
As 4 golfing ladies in their 50's & 60's we have enjoyed mainly quiet 5 star hotel holidays in Tenerife. This was a real change for us and at first we thought the Complex was going to be a little too noisy with the activity from the nearby bar. However the villa is in a great location with parking right outside and a ramp to get cases & golf clubs into the villa easily. The sun area & restaurant are just 40 paces away & is a safe area to bathe, the staff were very friendly and all went quiet after 10.30 We actually ended up joining in & enjoying much of the activity we initially thought was going to a problem. The villa is ideally situated & had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean with lovely balconies for an evening drink. Restaurants were in walking distance & taxis are less than 250 yards away, it's also a great location for travelling to golf courses in & around the area with easy access to the motorway. The only whine was a noisy kettle which woke the lazy ones early but hey if that's the only complaint it shows what a great holiday it was. The owner; Tracey was very efficient & easy to deal with which made the holiday arrangements easy. Would we go again? Absolutely !

"Sun and Sea"
A very well positioned Villa, away from the pool area, nice and quiet. The Villa is detached adding even more privacy. Highly recommended, just 10 minutes drive from the airport.

This was our second visit to Sunningdale Village. It is an excellent complex with lovely heated pool, good restaurant and well stocked shop. We thoroughly enjoyed both holidays but this one definitely came out top. The villa is ideally situated with the rear patio overlooking the pool and gardens. It is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Tracey made the booking process very easy as she is so friendly and helpful. We very much hope we can return next year.

"Three extended stays and more to book"
We (family and friends) are repeat clients for many reasons. For one, the sunlight simply pours into the lounge from sunrise until six! The villa is light and airy. The main bathroom had been tastefully renovated since our visit last year. As self-caterers, we were quite happy with the kitchen facilities in the past. This year we were happier still with the addition of a freezer! We find booking with Tracey couldn't be easier. Finally, 19B benefits from being on a site with excellent facilities, a high standard of entertainment, and a very pleasant ambience all round.

"Great apartment and holidays"
Stayed at this apartment four or five times now! We go back again and again because it's a completely hassle free booking process; dealing directly with the owner who provides all the information you need, and sunningdale village is a beautiful spotless complex. This villa is in a prime position with the rear balcony over looking the pool and bar area and at the end of the day there is no-where better to have a glass of wine while watching the sun go down! The kitchen is well equipped with every utensil and piece of crockery you will need and the three bedrooms are a good size, clean, tidy and functional. Each bedroom has wardrobes with coat hangers, bedside drawers bedside lights and a fan. There is also a safe tucked away for guests use. The lounge and dining area are spacious and airy with large patio doors and there is a large selection of books and games for use by guests. All of the furniture is clean and well presented which includes the outside chairs and tables. Both bathrooms are clean and tidy and the upstairs shower is huge! Sunningdale village is within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants and the food on the complex is very good if you can't be bothered to stroll. The complex shop sells everything you will need and isn't over priced so you don't actually have to leave the complex if you don't want to. I will finish by saying it is a pleasure dealing with the owner who is happy to take feedback and suggestions from guests, (thank you for putting up a wall clock!) and in recent years I have had some of my best holidays at this apartment it's well equipped, peaceful, relaxing and every other ingredient you need to make a perfect holiday!
