This large privately owned first floor luxury apartment is set on an award winning private complex. It is decorated and furnished to a very high standard, patio doors in the lounge and bedrooms open onto a magnificent large private sun terrace (60 sq.m) which sets this property apart from others. Look out on panoramic views to the Mediterranean sea and beyond and benefit from the sun all day long, here you can enjoy your meals, BBQ, sunbath in complete privacy. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and fully equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your holiday, TV, CD, DVD, books. Tala village is a 2 minute drive/10 minute walk and enjoys a very good selection of local restaurants which are frequented by locals and holidaymakers alike. There are also mini markets, bakers, laundry, chemist in the local village.
Two good sized bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king size bed, the second bedroom has 2 twins. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning units. Each bedroom has patio doors with magnificent views and access to the sun terrace.
Fully tiled good size bathroom, with bath/shower, wc.
Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher. Includes everything you will need.
Spacious open plan lounge/diner, air-conditioning unit, very comfortable three seater settee and two seater settee, dining table and chairs, TV, DVD, CD, patio doors leading to the large sun terrace with another dining table and chairs.
The apartment is cleaned and prepared for your arrival and is hired on a self catering basis, bed linen and towels provided, linen can be washed and ironed during your stay if required, at a small additional cost.
You will need your own beach towels.

The apartment is situated on the first floor up a small flight of stairs, there is no lift access.
Exceptionally large sun terrace, 4 sun beds, large patio set with six chairs, separate smaller table and chairs, portable BBQ. Fabulous views day and night, part of the balcony is covered for privacy and shade. Relax in private on your own sun loungers and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. All of the rooms enjoy access to the terrace. The apartment overlooks the gardens and there is a lovely free form communal pool which has additional sun loungers and rarely get overcrowded.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds based on two people sharing, there will be a small charge of £10 per week per additional guest good reductions for longer lets.
Changeover day is flexible dependent on current bookings. Access to property is anytime from 4pm on arrival. Guests are kindly asked to vacate by 12 noon on day of departure.Early and late departures will be catered for whenever possible.
Bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £100, with the final payment due 8 weeks before departure. When we receive your booking deposit, we will send you confirmation in writing or by email. Travel insurance is recommended. Sorry no pets. Smoking restricted to the terrace.

About the area
Tala is only a ten minute drive from beautiful Coral Bay which has a lovely blue flag sandy beach with very safe bathing and a selection of water sports. Coral Bay also has an excellent selection of restaurants, shops and bars. The communal beach at Paphos has recently been upgraded.
Tala is 15 minutes from the excellent 18 hole golf course at Tsada. This course gives you 18 holes of superb golf, set in the grounds of a 12th century monastery.There is also a new driving range ten minutes drive on the coast road to Paphos.
How to get there
Tala is a 20 minute drive from Paphos airport, we would recommend a car to get the best from your holiday, we have a very good local contact who will collect you at the airport and take you to the apartment as part of the car hire package. The apartment has its own private parking bay.
Paphos, the main tourist area is a ten minute drive along the coast with its pretty harbour surrounded by restaurants and tavernas. A fifteen minute drive west from Tala will bring you to the beautiful Akamas Peninsula national park, a very quiet and unspoilt area which is ideal for walking, fishing, painting, bird and wildlife watching or just lazing in one of the deserted coves or bays. Beautiful Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains are approx 1/2 to 1 hours drive.
Tala is a delightful traditional village, there is a very good selection of local Cypriot and International restaurants which provide excellent food at very reasonable prices, Marioís bar is the local meeting place for locals, ex pats and holiday makers. The main tourist area of western Cyprus is Paphos this is a ten minute drive along the coast. Paphos has a lovely pretty harbour which has just enjoyed a recent regeneration; enjoy a drink or a meal by the waterís edge.
Kato Paphos is lively at night with many excellent restaurants bars and shops.

Really pleased with this tastefully appointed apartment. The spacious balcony offered sunshine through the day with good sunbeds and views to the coast. The complex was quiet, with great facilities and well maintained pool and gardens. Nice downhill walk from local restaurants after evening out. The apartment had everything we wanted and will look to stay again if possible!

"The Tala Experience"
We arrived in the evening to find a clean tidy apartment, lamp left on & handwritten welcome note from Les & Angela, who were looking after the apartment for Peter, felt at home immediately. We awoke to brilliant sunshine & the fantastic view from the lovely spacious balcony. The apartment exceeded expectations, with all amenities, the pool & gardens were all well maintained, location was lovely, quiet but easy to pop up the road to Tala to Mario's. Easy to get to Coral Bay & Paphos, Last Castle & Magic Garden well worth visits fabulous food at both, & Vardas for breakfast is very good. The Monastry also worth a visit, very peaceful, beautiful surroundings. My family who live in Tala popped up to visit us & were also very impressed with the apartment. Hiring a car is recommended, easy to drive around & convenient parking space is provided. Peter was extremely helpful, contacting me just before we flew out to wish us a happy holiday & all information he provided was very clear. Having visited Cyprus many times, mostly staying with family, staying in an apartment was a new experience for me, but staying in Peter's apartment was an excellent experience, my friends had never been to Cyprus previously, but all said they want to return, & I'm sure staying at this apartment played a large part in their plans to return. We would definitely use this apartment again.

Great location, east to find, for a quiet holiday. A car is essential. The apartment was clean and comfortable and just right for the price point. What made me give it 5 stars? The balcony. Sun from early morning to last thing. The pool was clean and refreshing although you do soon realise you are a visitor in a complex of residents. Peter was great to deal with.

What can we say, we had a fantastic holiday from start to finish, Peter dealt with everything for us and nothing was to much trouble, Peter recommended Savvas car hire and Savvas met us at the airport and took us straight to the apartment which was great as we arrived late at night. The apartment is spotless and John and Jackie who look after the apartment locally could not be more helpful. The apartment is fantastic it is a home from home with everything you will need for a self catering holiday. We spent most of our time on the balcony which is the largest in any apartment we have stayed at with wonderful views to the coast. The development is residential and the wonderful pool area and gardens never seem to get over crowded. The local village of Tala is a short walk "up hill" with lovely local restaurants which offer great value. We have booked again next year and would recommend this apartment to any one. "Apartment in Tala Gardens"
Really enjoyed our stay it was totally relaxing - just getting up and going to the pool. Recommend a car as it is hilly for those with disability issues and for general getting around. We had a great view from the balcony to the coast. Also great for touring round the area. Lots of pubs and restaurants in the village which is up the hill. Great Supermarket a short drive away if you want to go totally self catering. John and Jackie who look after the apartment could not be more helpful with advice on where to go and where to park etc. and pointing out supermarkets and places to go.

We have stayed in lots of holiday apartments but never one with the a sun terrace as large as yours, the surrounding area is great but the temptation is to relax all day on the terrace and chill out.

We bought our lovely apartment because the location gives us the best of both worlds, set back about 2k from the coast which gives lovely panoramic views and being only ten minutes from the livelier resorts and beaches of Coral Bay and Paphos.

The property is just ten minutes walk from Tala village with a fine selection of tavernas which provide first class local food at reasonable prices. You can see 180 degrees of the Mediterranean coast and Tala is within one hourís drive of the fabulous Troodos Mountains. We believe the size of the balcony and the magnificent views are very unique.
