A comfortable and well presented self catering holiday apartment situated in a historic listed building overlooking the Royal Mile, just moments from Edinburgh Castle or St Giles Cathedral. The apartment is on the second floor. This unique apartment has four traditional window seats to the front where guests can sit and watch the ever changing bustle of the Royal Mile below. All rooms overlook the Royal Mile.

A lovely Six Nations weekend

Went up with three friends to watch the six nations. The property was lovely and as described and had all the amenities you need. Instructions for check in/out were very clear and easy to follow. All in all made our weekend fantastic due to its incredibly convenient location. I myself was late in asking for an hour late checkout and was accommodated for very kindly by Derek. Will be looking for this flats availability next year - thanks for a great stay!

Perfect spot for New Year

We absolutely loved the flat, and the location was absolutely perfect. The views from the windows were incredible in such an iconic part of the city. The flat is much bigger than we anticipated and had everything we needed for our stay, including nice touches like Scottish fudge and shortbread, and we were really impressed with the value for money especially given the location. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Central, Great for exploring Edinburgh.

Very well located accommodation for our trip to Edinburgh. Lovely to arrive to plenty of supplies for the weekend of teabags etc, along with milk, orange juice, biscuits and fudge. Thank you. Warm, Clean and a good sized property. Due to central location it is a little noisy at night, but to be expected. So if you are a light sleeper, pack some earplugs. Would benefit of some hooks for wet coats.
