Beautifully reformed cave house overlooking the farming village of Pulpite. Ideal for a relaxing away from it all holiday, but with plenty of activities within easy reach should you prefer.

Accommodation description

Bedroom 1 with king size bed.

Walk-in shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

Modern kitchen with gas cooker, fridge/freezer and walk-in storage room.

Living Rooms:
Comfortable living room with wood burning stove. Satellite TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, further DVDs are available on request.

Bright dining room with double doors leading to the sunny patio, the dining room also has internet access. A welcome pack is included with every booking.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
All linen and towels, incuding pool towels, are provided and changed weekly. Extra towels can be supplied on request.

Although the property is on a single level, door widths prevent it from being suitable for wheelchairs.

There is a large area to the front of the property and a patio area with table, chairs and parasol. The swimming pool has been completed and is available for guests use.

Important notes on accommodation

The property is totally cave and has the benefit of being cool in the summer and warm in the winter with the use of a wood burning stove. Wood for the stove will be provided for winter lets.

About the area

The coast and several beaches are about an hour's drive away.

There are a number of golf courses within 90 miutes of Pulpite.

Skiing is available in the Sierra Navadas which is about an hours drive from Pulpite.

How to get there
The nearest airport is Granada which is about an hours drive from Pulpite. Other airports are Almaria (80 mins), Murcia and Malaga are about 2 hours away.

Pulpite has no amenities. The nearest village Cullar is about 5km and has most of what you would need. There are banks, restaurantes, bars, supermarkets, a swimming pool (open July and August only) and other shops. Baza is 20km away and has many more shops and supermarkets.

Further Details
There is a market every Monday morning in the square in Cullar and a larger market can be found in Baza on a Wednesday morning or Huessca (about 30 mins) on Thursday morning. There is also a popular car boot sale in Baza on Sunday morning.
