    Villa Flora Antonio is a desirable modern villa. It is situated in its own 12.000sqm grounds. The views are stunning from all directions, as you can see the magnificent Algarve coastline, and the unspoilt countryside from the very large upstairs windows. The villa is furnished to a very high standard, both inside and out. This villa is for people wanting a relaxing, peaceful location, in a truly beautiful setting at an affordable price. The kitchen is very high spec and fully equipped, including LCD TV and a fantastic modern wine chiller, for the afternoons and evenings when you just want to relax round the spacious pool. There is a large terrace, with plenty of high quality outdoor furniture, including, sun loungers, eating area, and bbq. The spacious bathroom are fantastic, with modern walk in showers and twin sinks. All ares of the villa are air conditioned. This villa will be a comfortable, enjoyable stay for those wanting to sample the charming Eastern Algarve.

    Accommodation description

    Bedroom 1 with king size bed + en-suite large shower room.
    Bedroom 2 with king size bed + en-suite large shower room.
    Bedroom 3 with double bed + en-suite shower room.
    Bedroom 4 with two single beds.
    Also two small fold out beds.

    There are four bathrooms. Two large bathrooms upstairs with twin sinks and walk in showers. There is a large family bathroom downstairs with a bath and twin sinks. Also there is another ensuite bathroom downstair with walk in shower.

    There is a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven dishwasher, large fridge, large wine chiller, freezer, microwave, and anything you might need. There is a large dining table for eight. The doors from the kitchen open onto the dining area on the terrace.

    Utility Room:
    Washing machine, ironing board, iron.

    Living Rooms:
    Large lounge, with stylish staircase, three sofas for ample seating. LCD TV, DVD, music stereo. This room has three sets of patio doors giving fantastic views.

    Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:
    Weekly cleaning and linen change, additional cleaning available at extra cost.

    Outside there is a large pool, with large terrace area. There is a bbq area and a very nice dining table outside to enjoy the Portuguese way of life. The pool and gardens are well maintained at all times. There is plenty of outdoor quality furniture.

    Booking notes
    30% Deposit upon booking. And the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. A refundable deposit is requested on arrival. Guests will be met at the property and given the keys.

    About the area

    There are plenty of beaches to visit. The nearest is Manta rota, wich is about 6km away. The beach in Altura is great day out for any family, and a little further you have Monte Gordo beach. They all have plenty of bars, restaurants and parking.

    There are five golf courses within a short drive. The famous and very impressive Monte Rei, Jack Nicklaus golf course, is only a few min away. It is well worth a visit to have a drink and a look around, even if you don't play golf!

    How to get there
    We highly recommend you hire a car when renting the villa. The local airport is Faro (it is around 40 min by car). The A22 motorway is around 4km from the villa.

    Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within a 10 min drive. The nearest village is Casela, where you will find banks shops, markets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy etc.

    Further Details
    Nova Cacela is a wonderful quiet town with plenty to offer. Tavira is a great old town well worth a visit, there are plenty of great places to eat. There are water parks you can visit, around an hour's drive. If you want a late night out, you can visit Monte Gordo ... also there are many bars and a couple of night clubs on the 125 road. Cacela Vela has a charming old church, with fantastic sea views and very nice places to eat. There is plenty to do in the Eastern Algarve and the prices are very reasonable.

    "Wonderful holiday"

    I stayed in this villa for four weeks this summer and if I'm honest I didn't want to leave! I was there with my three sons ( 14, 11 and 6 ) and between work commitments my husband joined us too. The villa is very tastefully furnished and with everything you could think of at hand it really is a home from home. It is only a short drive to the nearest town and we found a couple of really inexpensive supermarkets so we ate at the villa most evenings and completely chilled for the entire month. We went to Aqualand water park twice which was great fun and my oldest son went diving at a nearby diving school so the kids were entertained. Having wifi at the villa was a huge plus for the teenager in the house ( and handy for communicating for me too ) and the large pool meant I could read my books in peace. Heaven. Would highly recommend this villa if you like peace and quiet but with the option of doing the usual holiday trips to town/the beach if you prefer. Sam the owner was absolutely wonderful. Nothing was a bother and anything that needed sorting was done promptly and without fuss. Super service. She also helped me source a fantastic local car hire which was extremely inexpensive and easy to locate at the airport. Great holiday.

    "** OUR 'DREAM' VILLA **"

    My husband and I would not hesitate in recommending this villa as a perfect holiday destination. If you want peace and quiet in well kept beautiful surroundings then look no further. The villa is fitted out to a very high standard and is clean and well maintained. It provides everything you might need, from a well equipped kitchen/laundry room, spacious living area with comfortable furniture, lovely bedrooms with big comfortable beds. Although this is a luxury villa it is very much home from home. The outside area is very relaxing with plenty of patio space around the good sized private pool and well kept gardens. A car is necessary to enable you to explore the area, should you want to. There are lovely beaches about 20 minutes away at Manta Rota or Monte Gordo, plus many others. Monte Gordo also has a casino is you fancy a flutter! There are a few good supermarkets also about 20 minutes at Pingo Doce or Lidl in Villa Real san Antonio. Tavira has a very nice shopping centre. There are plenty of restaurants around the area, whether you want a light midday snack on the beach or evening meal. Sam (the owner) is always very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. She has always been most helpful should we need anything and nothing is too much trouble. My husband is able to work whilst on holiday as the Villa has broadband available . . . . unfortunately on the occasions he works I HAVE to sit around the pool with a good book and maybe a glass of wine!! The drive from the airport is approximately 40 minutes and very straight forward. The motorway is very quiet and the toll is easy now that you no longer have to pay at a post office as most hire companies have their cars fitted with a device to automatically take payment, this is relatively inexpensive. We love returning to this part of the Algarve, in particular Sam's Villa.
