This quaint three bedroom house renovated to a very high standard is situated in the attractive Les Gaillands area of Chamonix, with fantastic views of the Mont Blanc Massif. Modern, bright and newly furnished this lovely house is fully equipped with all mod cons. There are 2 double bedrooms and a third with bunk beds all of which have Mont Blanc views and two open out onto balconies. The open plan lounge has fantastic views, a wood burning stove, satellite TV, Wifi and comfortable seating for 6 people. Outside the private garden has a table and chairs for 6 and parking for 2/3 cars. The large french windows open from the lounge directly onto a small decked area to the front facing south for that evening gin and tonic! There is a small bar restaurant 30 meters away, a bus stop and train stop within 75 meters and the Lake and climbing wall at Les Gaillands within just 2 minutes walk. Chamonix centre is just a 20 minute walk away, this is truly an ideal holiday location.

Towels and linen are included as is the weekly clean.

About the area

Chamonix Golf club is 10 minutes drive from Petit Blanche and is a very good quality 18 hole golf course with plenty of water to test you. Driving range and top quality restaurant.

The nearest skiing is 5 mins by car and the furthest is 25 minutes through the Mont Blanc tunnel into Italy at Coumayeur. There are 4 other areas all different, offering different challenges and magnificent views.

How to get there
Geneva (Switzerland) is the nearest airport just 1 hours drive away on a motorway. Calais is the nearest port at 560 miles. Public transport is easy to use but to get the best from Chamonix in the winter season we recommend a car. In the summer it is less important but can be useful in bad weather.

Chamonix centre is 5 mins drive, 25 mins walk.

Further Details
The nearest restaurant is two minutes walk from the property, there is a supermarket, bakers, pharmacy and paper shop within 10 minutes walk and a bus stop right outside.
