The villa is suitable for all ages. Children are welcome - baby facilities - cot, high chair, baby safety gates available on request. Our excellent agent is based locally, and will assist you promptly with any accommodation issue. The access to the pool is by tiled steps regularly maintained, safe for children and elderly and the deserving swimmer. The depth is graduated the deepest area 6 foot plus. There is also a temperature gauge to make sure the water temperature is perfect for your swim.
Large, private garden and private pool, (24 x 12ft wide). At night the subtle and attractive pool lights can be turned on. The gardens are pleasantly designed with tropical plants to create a private and peaceful setting and lights up at night with solar powered lights. There is ample garden furniture and lounge beds, large umbrellas and a permanent brick barbecue adjacent to pool area. There are 3 terraces -one roof terrace with 360 degrees panoramic views over the seas and two patio/veranda on the ground floor. One large facing the pool great for entertaining, and the other facing the kitchen great for early morning breakfast (both with patio furniture). Off street parking is available. There is lots of lighting outside the villa which makes it very welcoming in the evenings.
The gardens and Pool is maintained by an appointed gardener and pool expert on a regular basis.
Important notes on accommodation
Property is fully alarmed and air-conditioning through out. The master bed room and en-suite are located upstairs via marble stairs and is the only accommodation on that floor opening on a large private terrace with beautiful 360 degrees sea views. All other rooms are on ground level one other bed room opens onto a terrace which overlooks the pool. The villa is very private and set in a very peaceful idyllic location, 2 minutes walk to the beach. Our excellent agents are based locally and will assist you promptly with any accommodation issues. They will meet you at the villa, to ensure that you are happy with everything in the villa, to give your holiday a really good start. We request that guests do not smoke inside the villa. As the villa has both air-conditioning and heating units it is suitable for both summer and winter months as in the winter months the temperature is an average 50-60 degrees F . It is very spacious and has been decorated to a very high standard.

How to get there
The nearest Airport is San Javier 40 minutes away but many more flights come into Alicante airport – this is about one and a half hours drive along an excellent auto route. We can arrange pickups from Murcia Airport although car hire from the airports and for the enjoyment of your stay is recommended, taxis can also be arranged by our agent. Bicycle hire is also available locally.

Having retired a few years ago, we have had the opportunity to travel extensively and we saw this villa when we visited La Manga, we immediately fell in love with it, and we could not resist buying it. It has the right balance of tranquillity & comfort for our family yet only minutes away from the “hustle and bustle” of the holidaymakers on the La Manga strip. This is truly a 'home away from home' for us we take pride in making sure that it is maintained well equipped and decorated tastefully - I love the climate, the people & the lifestyle.

Although I live in the UK, my family originates from the Caribbean. I was instantly drawn to La Manga as the la Manga Strip reminded me of Jamaica with the lovely beaches & it's laid back culture.The La Manga peninsula / strip is 12 kilometres long and is unique as its the only place in Spain that has 2 seas - the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. -The villa is located at the end of the La Manga strip separated by a historical bridge with fantastic sea views and overlooks a scenic nature reserve where Flamingos come from Africa in the winter to the lakes where they regain their beautiful pink colour before returning .
