Beautiful air-conditioned one bedroom apartment with very large private sunny terrace providing fantastic panoramic sea views, views over Santa Ponsa and Calvia beyond and views over one of Santa Ponsa's many golf courses, situated on the very popular Kings Park complex with community gardens and 2 swimming pools. The apartment is self contained, (i.e. has it's own private entrance). It has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. Close to the main sandy beach and to Santa Ponsa's many shops, bars and restaurants.
Superb double bedroom with twin beds, Ikea "Hamarvik" Sprung Mattresses and fresh cotton linen, wardrobe and matching bedroom suite. Air-conditioning.
En suite bathroom to bedroom with bath and shower over, wc, bidet and hand basin.
Fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Useful laundry room complete with washing machine and storage for iron and ironing board.
Dining area with table and 4 chairs, large sofa bed, TV cabinet with large flatscreen HD TV, surround sound DVD player, satellite freeview TV and ipod speakers. Air-conditioning.
Large private terrace with amazing views. Table and chairs plus sun loungers and awning.
Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Rentals of 10 days or more include a weekly towel and linen change. Please bring your own beach towels as we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. A daily maid service is not provided.

Due to its elevated position, we regret the apartment would not be suitable for wheelchair users or people with mobility problems.
Lovely panoramic views of the Sea, Calvia and Golf Course from the large, private, furnished terrace with table, chairs, loungers and awning. Use of 2 community pools with free use of umbrellas and sunbeds.

Notes on prices
Rental prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling based on a 1 week stay. Additional nights, or for a stay less than 7 nights, are calculated at the nightly rate. Discounts for longer lets are available during winter months (November to March), but do not include a weekly towel and linen change. Please note a security deposit is required on arrival, returnable on departure - just in case of any damage or misuse of the apartment. This will be £100 or €100 - whatever currency you prefer to use.
Changeover days are flexible where possible and we will always try to make the apartment available to accommodate your arrival/departure times.
Booking Terms and Conditions: 20% deposit required at time of booking with balance due 12 weeks before arrival date. Full amount due at time of booking if within this period. Meet and Greet on arrival at the apartment. All breakages or damage will be taken out of the security deposit.
Booking the apartment confirms your agreement to our standard terms and conditions, a full copy of which can be supplied on request.

About the area
Close to the main sandy beach and to the shops, bars and restaurants.
Very close to Santa Ponsa Golf Courses with views of the course from the terrace.
How to get there
Palma airport is a 25-30 minute drive from Santa Ponsa. Recommend "Shuttle Direct" airport transfer (details on Palma Airport website). There is a parking space that comes with the apartment if you are thinking about hiring a car. For the more adventurous there is also a good bus service into Palma direct from the Airport, where you can catch another bus to Santa Ponsa. In all, the whole trip would cost you around €5 per person, but may take a couple of hours. Details can be supplied on request.
Palma is 25 kilometers away, 20 mins by taxi for about €30 or there is a good local bus service for a few euros. Magaluf is 8 kilometers, 10 mins by taxi for about €10. The local bus service also runs between Santa Ponsa, Palma Nova and Magaluf as well as the nearby local resorts of Portals, Son Caliu, Paguera and Port d’Andratx.
There are lots of bars and good restaurants locally. Well stocked supermarkets and takeaways. Nice clothes and gift shops. Santa Ponsa is a lovely thriving resort, ideal for young couples, families, or those not so young wanting peace and relaxation.

Spent 10 days at this great apartment and had a lovely holiday. Quiet location but within easy reach of restaurants and shops. Being at top of hill might not suit everyone but it kept us fit and the views were amazing from the balcony. David has always been very quick to respond to messages etc and his information pack was very useful. Glen was helpful and informative too. Apartment was very clean and tidy. We hope to go back next year.

Was recommended by my Daughter who has been twice with her family, my other Daughter is also booked up to come, i stayed here with my husband, what a lovely apartment it had everything you need everything is so clean and fresh. We had a lovely stay have already booked up for next year. The balcony is fantastic spent quite a few days just relaxing on the lounges, the place is so peaceful just what we like, i would definitely recommend this apartment also the communication with David is fantastic.

My husband and I stayed here for a child-free 4 night break at the end of April. Firstly, booking with David the owner was a breeze. Fast communication and very professional. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with everything you could want. Tea towels and washing up liquid are even provided which was really appreciated. There are a few steps up to the apartment from the centre of Santa Ponca but they are worth the climb as the terrace is absolutely superb with beautiful panoramic views from the beach to the mountains and sun all day. Oh how I miss that view! I have recommended it to everyone and am in the process of booking our return, this time with our kids. Thank you David.

Had a great time everything you need for a perfect stay.Clean and comfortable with all the facilities described in description. Spent a lot of time on the perfect sun terrace with the sun on it all day even in April.Already recommended this property to friends.

Why this location?
We've always liked Mallorca and our friends had moved out there some years ago. We were looking for a "holiday retreat" of our own and fell in love with the views from the extraordinary large terrace! Kings Park is definitely one of the most sought after locations in Santa Ponsa and we were lucky enough to find this lovely property.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
The views. The large private terrace. The peace and quiet, whilst also being within easy walking distance from the main Santa Ponsa shops, bars and restaurants. Kings Park is a lovely community with a mix of residents and holiday makers as well as a mix of nationalities. The apartment has undergone a complete makeover and been fully modernised. We take great pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the apartment.
