A short stroll takes you the picturesque harbour of Addaya where you can hire kayaks, SUP paddleboards and take a boat trip. Just an 8 minute walk to local supermarkets, bars, restaurants and tennis court and at Nautica Puig you can hire boats (boat licence required). Located 15 minutes drive from the capital Mahon and the beautiful resort of Fornells in either direction. Only a 5 minute drive to the resort of Arenal d'en Castell with a lovely horseshoe shaped beach and Son Parc with an 18 hole golf course and tennis courts. The Menorcan garden has a variety of exotic plants, managed by an automatic irrigation system with west facing views over the countryside. 9m swimming pool (maintained twice weekly) with poolside shower, sun loungers, outdoor lighting and a lovely patio area great for alfresco dining with barbecue, table and chairs.The villa has air conditioning, Wifi, Imax T.V., DVD player and entertainment music system with, radio, CD player, aux point and ipod dock

The property is fully managed with towels (just bring beach towels) and linen and towels changed weekly. Travel cot and high chair are available at a minimal charge. Pool is cleaned twice weekly and garden is regularly maintained.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Call for special winter rates or long lets.
Preferably Friday changeover but could be flexible dependant on time of year.
A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance plus £200 refundable breakage/damage deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. There is a no smoking policy at the villa.
About the area
5 minutes walk to Port Addaya where you can hire boats and explore the various bays and inlets and a few minutes drive to the local beach of Macaret. 5 minute drive to Arenal d'en Castell with its lovely horse-shoe shaped beach and Son Parc with its lovely sandy beach.
10 minutes drive to Son Parc Golf Course with its 18 hole golf course.
How to get there
20 minutes drive from Mahon Airport. Car hire is recommended to explore the island.
5 minutes walk to Port Addaya, 15 minutes drive in either direction to Mahon the capital and Fornells with its picturesque seafront, restaurants, shops and weekly market. Only a 5 minute drive to Arenal d'en Castell with its lovely horse-shoe shaped beach and the same distance to Son Parc with its 18 hole golf course and tennis courts. Making Las Palmeras an ideal location in which to explore the island.

What a beautiful villa - we had a wonderful holiday. The location is excellent - a nice walk to the shops, bars and restaurants - a short drive to some fabulous beaches. I would recommend this villa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Las Palmeras, what a beautiful, idyllic location. The villa is spacious, light and we would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice peaceful relaxing holiday. We would love to return.

Hi Louise, We've had another excellent holiday in your villa, just as big and spacious as we remembered, it has everything you need to make a holiday relaxing and enjoyable. This villa is in a lovely quiet, safe and secure area, close enough to the shops and bars without them being on your doorstep, great to work off those extra holiday pounds! We recommend El Castillo Bar, the meals are excellent and Alfredo was very attentive. This a fantastic villa situated in a lovely area ideal for families. J Wise and family.

Why this location?
When we bought Las Palmeras we were drawn to the superb open plan spacious layout and the quality of the building with its lovely sunny west facing views. We chose Port Addaya because of the pretty port and all the lovely coves to explore nearby and its within easy reach of Mahon and Fornells.We chose Menorca as it is only a 1 hour 50 minute flight and a 20 minute drive from the airport to the villa. It has always been a long held ambition to own a property in the Med especially as Louise used to live in Malta when she was younger and cannot do without their annual Menorcan holiday. I know that we made the right choice as our Managing Agents have often remarked to us that our property is one of the very best on their books!
What are the unique benefits of the property?
Las Palmeras is only a few minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and shops in Addaya. All the accommodation is on one floor making living a lot easier with the main bedroom off the living room and the two others bedrooms off the hallway. It's wonderful to step out of your bedroom in the morning and there's the pool and our beautiful exotic gardens. Sheer bliss sitting in the early/late evening sun on the patio with a menorquin gin and tonic with a slice of lemon off our tree and then having an alfresco barbecue.
