Quality

We spent a lovely two weeks at this beautiful property. Just close enough, but also far enough away from Polis to give a great sense of seclusion. The property and the outside spaces were very comfortable. Altogether and property of quality.

Fabulous

Have returned many times to Kyriakos and always have a wonderful time. Terrific villa with outstanding outside space. Very private and has one of the best pools we’ve come across. Worthwhile having a car but you can walk into Polis (approximately 25 mins). We’ll be back for sure!

Wonderful villa

We stayed for a week a family of 4. The villa is absolutely superb, you can tell it's a family home with lovely personal touches. Communication with Peter was great. The children loved the pool, and the new outdoor toilet was a welcome addition (no wet feet inside the house!) The kitchen has everything you need and the balconies offer shade, which we used many times for lunch and playing card games! We went out in the evenings to Polis old town and Latchi Harbour, both offer a wide range of restaurants. There is a large supermarket in Polis, 'Paps', that has everything you need and more! I suggest that you need a car, as walking is just a bit too far. Only other observations that air con for the lounge wasn't included in the price; which although on re-reading the description might be inferred (it does only mention bedrooms) it wasn't clear that this was an additional cost and given the August heat and humidity was greatly needed to cool the downstairs. All in all would recommend, we had peace and quiet in a beautiful location.
