'Casa Limero' is a modern villa set on edge of 3rd fairway of this wonderful golf course. Villa has a private pool (8 x 5m) with large adjacent terrace & gardens. A large BBQ is located on the rear garden terrace along with garden table & chairs, sun-loungers & parasols. The villa is surrounded by olive and orange groves & is located 15 minutes drive inland between the mountains and sea, halfway between Barcelona and Valencia. Nearby Vinaros offers large supermarkets, shops, cafes, fresh fish market, marina and access to a number of beaches. The golf complex has a number of restaurants & bars within walking distance. Additional to the 18 hole golf course there is Tennis/Paddle ball, basketball, 5 aside football & 2 par 3 golf course at the onsite sports facility.

Bed linen, bath & kitchen towels provided. Villa renters are offered a meet & greet service by key holders. Property is cleaned pre and post occupation (cost included in price).

Access to the property is by stairs from front path/driveway. The villa is not specifically adapted for wheel chair use but once in the property rooms are spacious with wide door openings. There is a downstairs bedroom off the main hallway with ensuite shower/toilet. These are not set up for wheelchair but again are spacious for mobility.
To the rear of the house is the large terrace & garden surrounding private pool (8x5m) with shower. Sun loungers, garden table, chairs and parasols are located in garden/terrace (terrace is partially covered by upstairs balcony). A large concrete BBQ is located on the rear terrace (wood or charcoal). Upstairs there is rear terrace accessed from both bedrooms. To the front there is a further terrace accessed via the landing where table and chairs are provided with views to Orange Grove. The front of the villa has 2 off street parking spots.
Important notes on accommodation
Local key holder (English/Spanish speaking) looks after properties & are there to provide a support service for guests in case of problems &/or emergencies. Pool & gardens are maintained by a weekly service during summer season & fortnightly during other seasons. Panoramica Golf & Country Club is a manned security community with access through main gates only. Internet (ADSL) access is available upon request. Note: swimming pool depth starts at 1 metre to a max of 2.5 metres.

Notes on prices
Prices are per week in GBP (Euro & other currencies available upon request). All pre & post villa preparation & cleaning are already included. We can accommodate additional days, prices will be calculated using weekly pro-rata'd rate. Where days occur over two pricing period this will be pro-rata'd for days in period. Security deposit is applied (£150), refunded if no damage is found.
There is no set changeover day, however where departures and arrivals occur on the same day we advise clients that the property must be vacated by 10am to allow cleaning and preparation for the next client. Arriving clients may not check in until 3pm.
A 15% deposit is payable (non-refundable) on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
A £150 deposit for damages must be paid at the time of final payment. This will be returned after departure if no damage has been found by the owners. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all our guest for those unplanned travel incidences that can affect a holiday.

About the area
There are a number of lovely sandy beaches & coves located along the coast, Vinaros (15 mins drive), Sant Carles/Ebre (20 mins), Benicarlo (25 mins) or Peniscola (30 mins) to name a few. The beach areas have a number of cafe/refreshment establishments along the promenade. Vinaros beach has volleyball & child friendly play area facilities. Bicycle hire is available around Vinaros. The refurbished seafront promenade at Vinaros is mainly pedestrianised with underground parking.
Panoramica Golf Course designed by Bernard Langer (Ryder Cup captain, 2004) & opened in 1995. A quality 72 par course measuring 6429m. The gently undulating fairways & ample bunkering provide a good test for most golfers whilst the large slick greens with their subtle borrow have been known to ruin many a good score. This is a thinker’s course where power will count for nothing if shots are not kept on the fairway & patience may be the greatest virtue. The club offers excellent practice facilities includes grass driving range, 3 practice bunkers, putting green & a 3 hole (9 pins) practice course which for a small fee you can play as much as you like. Golf lessons are also available with club pro's. The clubhouse bar overlooks the 18th hole & serves drinks & light refreshments, a full restaurant is also available. Other courses in the vicinity: 2 par 3 courses within complex, to the north; Bonmont, 3 course at Port Aventura, Salou & to the south Clube Mediterraneo inland from Castellon.

Casa Limero is easily accessible from 3 nearby airports, Reus, Valencia and Barcelona.
Reus airport (1 hour) served by Ryanair & Air Berlin. Valencia airport (1 hour 40 mins) served by Easyjet, Ryanair, Vueling & Iberia. Barcelona airport (1 hour 50 mins) served by Easyjet, BA, Vueling & Iberia. Car hire is recommended.

San Carles/Ebre Delta 30mins drive, Benicarlo, beaches & fishing port 20 mins drive. Peniscola, beaches, artisan old town with restaurant and pottery shops 30 mins drive. Alcossebra, tranquil seaside town 40 mins drive. Morella, 45 mins drive, Reus, Salou, Tarragona, 60 mins drive. Valencia, 1hr 40 mins drive. Barcelona, 2hrs drive (train available to B'lona & Val).
There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas. Vinaros is a traditional Spanish fishing town with a daily market (Mercado). Lots of restaurants are located throughout the town, seafront and marina area. Banks, shops & supermarkets (Carrefour & Simply) are situated within Vinaros town. A karting course, 10 pin bowling alley & cinema are all located on the edge of the town. Peniscola is a beautiful old fortress town used during the filming of El Cid. Morella is an old walled city and is one of the best kept medieval centres in Spain. Traiguera, famed in medieval times as a resting point for travellers it is also known for its pottery. On the edge of the town lies the Hermitage of the Font De la Salut with its gothic & renaissance structures. The Chaplains house is now a restaurant. The Natural Park of la Tinença de Benifassà is located inland just beyond Morella (medieval wall town). The area is covered with black pines, lindens and beech trees which are home to Spanish ibex, wild boars, vultures, Bonelli's eagle and the booted eagle. There is a network of signposted hiking routes linking up the seven towns in La Tinença - Bel, Ballestar, Boixar, Castell de Cabres, Coratxà, Fredes and La Pobla de Benifassà - enabling visitors to experience the rare delights of this well-conserved nature area. On the edge of the Benifassà is the Ulldecona reservoir, boats/canoes can be hired by the dam. Swimming is also permitted in the waters. La Sierra de Irta is located between Alcossebra & Peniscola, the scenery made up of mountains, trails and steep cliffs covering 12kms towards the sea. The trails are used by hikers and mountain cyclists. Port Aventura theme park is located nr Salou and offers the family an excellent day out. To the west of Reus is the acclaimed wine region of DOQ Priorat & DO Montsant with many wineries. During the 1st weekend of May there is an annual Wine fair held Falset. A number of wineries are open to the public throughout the year.

"Heel aangename en verzorgde woning"
De vakantiewoning is zeer mooi gelegen met zicht op golfterrein achteraan en zicht op plantages vooraan. Zeer verzorgde en goed ingedeelde woning die tevens zeer goed uitgerust is. Extra is het mooie tuintje. Ook van het zwembad hebben wij bijzonder genoten.

We had a short stay at Lindas Villa for 5 nights as a first holiday with our 11 week old baby. Linda's communication through email was great, she is very helpful and her directions from the airport are spot on. The villa is clean, has a well equipped kitchen and the beds are very comfy. The swimming pool is so relaxing. I would recommend this villa to anyone it is a perfect getaway.

About the Owner
We are M & L the owners of Casa Limero, we bought this villa after having a brief stay at our friends apartment in 2005 when we caught the ‘bug’ for Spanish life. It's a home from home kind of villa and we still regularly meet up with those friends several times during the year for long weekends or to enjoy a hot summer holiday. Weekends out of peak season are great when the weather at home is cold and damp, particularly for the golfers who enjoy fair weather for a much longer season than at home. Why this location?
We chose this location because I'm a keen gardener and I have created a Mediterranean garden in this lovely location (my man escapes to play golf whilst I potter!). It's also within a quick easy drive to the mountains, seaside & the quaint towns. The location is quiet & beautiful, in summer there are many social events organised by the club house (within an easy walking distance from the villa). In the spring the heavenly scented orange blossom fills the air & come autumn the orange groves are awash with fruit. You can venture out to the mountain & woodland areas or head down to the seaside & walk along the promenade people watching. June is a time of fiesta colour when many of the patron saint celebrations are held. At various times in the year there are food/wine festivals too.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
The villa is modern comfortable & spacious with a number of creature comforts. We have upgraded the kitchen as we enjoy cooking, fresh meat or seafood from Vinaros ‘Merkat’ is prepared in the spacious kitchen & cooked on the terrace BBQ. On sunny evenings it’s one of life’s little pleasures as the sunsets to the western mountains. The villa has two upper terraces which provide a seperate sun retreat. Outside there is a lovely ‘deep’ pool for cooling off in the summer sun but also a shaded terrace to enjoy the warm hot weather sipping a glass of something special whilst watching the golfer’s pass by us. For other tastes there’s a large LCD TV, DVD & iPod docking station and for those who cannot be away from the internet world there’s wifi access to tend to those urgent enquiries!
