The apartment is in a perfect location with a large terrace overlooking the pool and the open sea views behind. Its right by the sea and a 10 minute walk to the largest sandy beach on Malta: Ghadira Bay. The development is an exclusive haven of tranquility ideal for a relaxing holiday. Facilities available nearby, include a full range of water sports: water skiing, sailing, wind surfing, snorkelling and scuba diving. The sandy beach is ideal for children with a long gradual decline. Other facilities nearby, include Popeye's Village (used in the filming of the movie) and horse riding. Fabulous!

Lovely location in a quiet, secure complex. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The views were amazing from the balcony and the pool was lovely and never busy. Luna mini market was a short walk away as were the restaurants. The bus stop was also a short walk away making it easy to see the rest of the island. Would love to return!

Lovely location

Lovely location with the expected amenities. Short walk to a well stocked Luna mini mart and a great selection of restaurants. Buses made easy connections to Gozo and Valletta. Transfers with Adrian were great and Chris’s welcome and suggestions were the icing on the cake.

Great view and location

Second time staying in this comfortable apartment. End of May 3 years ago it was 20 °, this time a very hot 34°! Pool was still surprisingly cold (but the sea was warmer) but we appreciated it more this time! 15 mins lovely walk to the fab beach. Our teenage daughter loved to retreat from the heat midday and watch a bit of Netflix. Information pack very useful would add more of this info to your listing. Chris the manager was really helpful and quickly fixed the air con which although recently serviced had decided it didn't want to work in the mini heatwave!

Excellent location and view

Nice large place on quiet complex with lovely swimming pool. Short walk to all bus stops shops and bars. Chris who looks after the place was excellent in responding.

Absolutely perfect in every way

The apartment was clean and tidy with everything we needed and location was perfect too. We would love to come back and stay again. The outside furniture could do with updating and maybe add a cupboard in the hall for guests sleeping on the sofa beds to put clothes. But loved every minute thanks you so much.

We are a British family living in Hampshire with 2 teenage children. My husband works for a computer software company and I work with horses. My husband was born in Malta, has a Maltese mother and spent every summer as a child holidaying in Malta with relatives.

As a family we spent most summers in Malta and then decided to invest in a holiday apartment in the island we could use and rent out the rest of the time.

Having sought advice from family, we decided to buy an apartment at Tas Sellum before they were completed, knowing the builder Tumas produces apartments to the highest standard of quality on the islands.

The north of Malta had always been my favourite part of the island to visit - the best beaches and so much more peaceful.
