This beautiful villa is set 1st line at the 18 hole golf course of Panoramica Golf & Country Club, close to hole 4. The villa has a 8 x 4m private swimming pool which is surrounded by large, partly covered, sun terraces. A beautiful luxury lounge set and a stone BBQ are situated at the terrace, close to the swimming pool. An outside sun heated shower is situated next to the swimming pool. Two large sun terraces are situated on the first floor, overlooking the golf course and olive tree groves. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, with magnificent mountain views and orange groves. It is a 15 mins drive to Vinaros and a 25 mins drive to Benicarlo and Peniscola, with sandy beaches, restaurants and shops. Besides a 72 par golf course, a driving range and a putting green, Panoramica Golf has several restaurants and bars to choose from. The Golf Club restaurant is superb.

Separate dining room with dining table and 6 chairs. Also an extra sofabed, perfectly suitable for 1 or 2 children.
Bath- and kitchen towels and bed linen available/included in price. Beach towels, wash cloths, baby bedding not available. Linen change and/or cleaning during the holiday possible but not included in price. Villa cleaned after each occupation (obliged).

The 8 x 4m private swimming pool has large surrounding terraces, with a beautiful luxury lounge set, sun loungers, large aluminium and glass table with chairs and a stone built BBQ. A sun heated outside shower is situated next to the swimming pool. Upstairs there are 2 large upper sun terraces to the front and the back of the villa, with stunning views to the golf course and to the olive tree groves. To the front of the villa there are two private parking spaces. The surrounding mountain views are beautiful.

This beautiful luxury villa is an excellent location for a great holiday during all seasons! It is perfectly suitable for families, golfers and people who seek tranquility. The villa is set 1st line at the 18 hole champion golf course of Panoramica Golf and Country Club. The villa has a large private swimming pool which is very well maintained during all seasons. The golf resort has a 24 hour manned security service and is fenced all the way around making it safe and secure at all times. The key keeping/maid service is taken care of by an English lady. She provides a meet and greet service for our guests and also is the contact during the stay.

Notes on prices
Rental prices per week/7 nights. July and August - shorter breaks only possible for full week price. September up till June - shorter breaks possible. Long-term stays only November-March. Final cleaning after each break (obligatory - not negotiable) €100. Damage deposit (obligatory-returned if no damage) € 150. Optional costs: use of aircon/heating €50 per week. WiFi: local WiFi hotspot, costs about € 12,50/week. Payment by credit card (no computer available!). Also see notes on prices.
Changeover days customised to suit client. In case of changeover days, the maid service has to clean before new arrivals. In case of preceding/succeeding bookings the villa is not available before 3pm on arrival day, or after 10am on departure day.
After booking request tenant receives lease agreement to sign. Payments: 20% deposit (min. 100 Euros) on booking. Balance and damage deposit 6 weeks prior to arrival. Last minutes 100% on booking. If conditions in the lease agreement are not met the booking will be cancelled. Payments non-refundable. We advise to conclude cancellation insurance. About the area
The nearest beaches are a 15 mins drive away to Vinaros with a lovely sandy town beach (blue flag) and several small beaches along the coastal strip. The lovely fisherman's town Les Cases de Alcanar is about 20 mins drive away. Peniscola and Benicarlo are a 25 mins drive away with miles of beautiful golden sandy beaches (blue flag).
Without doubt, Panoramica is considered one of the best golf courses in Spain. It’s designed by Bernhard Langer, a professional German golf player who was nine times player of the Europe Ryder Cup Team and two times became winner of the Masters of Augusta. The golf course amounts to 80 hectars. Its spectacular conditions make it possible for using it all year. The design consists of a combination between streets very closed and a rough make-up, which transforms the course an ideal one for high handicaps, also for players with a high level and specimen. The greens are based on large dimensions, seven holes defended by eight lakes.
The most representative holes of the course are hole nr 5, a par 3 with 133 meters from yellow tee, with a green like an isle, and hole nr 11 of 502 meters, whose left side, 200 meters before reaching the green, is a huge lake. The splendid clubhouse includes a golf shop where also all golf equipment can be hired, bar, restaurant and changing facilities.
How to get there
Panoramica is easily accessible from 3 airports served by low-cost airlines. Distances from Spanish airports to the villa are as follows: Reus airport 80km. Valencia airport 180km. Barcelona airport 229km. In the near future Castellon airport at 60km will be available.
Vinaros, 15 mins. Les Cases de Alcanar, 20 mins. Benifassa reservoir and lakes, 20 mins. Benicarlo, 25 mins. Peniscola, 25 mins. Ebro Delta, 30 mins. Morella, 45 mins. Castellon de la Plana and El Grao, 45 mins. Tarragona, 1 hour. Salou, 1 hour. Valencia, 1 hour 30 mins. Barcelona, 2 hours.
Surroundings: There are many interesting places to visit around Panoramica. The region suits all levels of energy and interest. Vinaros at 12 kms is a lovely, traditional Spanish town with a daily market, great restaurants, fishing port, marina, and blue flag sandy beaches. It has it's fair share of banks and supermarkets (Carrefour, Sabeco, Lidl and Aldi). Peniscola at 35 kms is a beautiful town with a 14th century castle and fort (used in the filming of El Cid). The medieval walled town of Morrella in the mountains has to be seen. The Ebro Delta is a huge, beautiful nature reserve/bird sanctuary. The several small villages are also worth a visit. Benifassa National Park is a stunning inland park with a beautiful lake where you can enjoy boating and fishing. Port Aventura with the Caribe Aquatic Park in Salou is Universal's answer to Euro Disney and a real treat for the kids. The beautiful cities of Tarragona, Valencia and Barcelona are a 1 / 1 hour 30 mins / 2 hours drive. The Valencian Fallas fiesta around 19 March is an absolute must. Restaurants: The restaurant that is situated in the clubhouse of Panoramica serves excellent, reasonably priced food. The daily menu (between 2 - 4 pm) is very good and low priced. There are numerous excellent restaurants within a short drive of Panoramica, for instance in Vinaros, Sant Jordi, Les Cases de Alcanar and Traiguera. On week days, most restaurants serve a low priced daily menu.

"Lovely villa in quiet and peaceful area"
Before we arrived the owners provided very good customer service. Once there we enjoyed every minute of our holiday in this great villa. All amenities are there as described, and more! We loved the enclosed private pool area which has enough sun loungers and a very comfortable lounge set. Key Holder Linda was very caring and helpful. We recommend the restaurant at the Golf Club which is very good and very affordable. Nearby at 15 mins driving distance is Vinaros with a beautiful sandy beach and many bars and restaurants. Further away is Peñiscola with beautiful sandy beaches and a medieval Castle. We recommend this lovely villa for people who seek peace and quiet.

We spent a perfect holiday in this lovely villa. It was above our expectations. The listing description is very accurate. The villa is clean and very well maintained. The garden with the private pool is beautiful and very quiet. The owners and the caretakers couldn't have been more helpful. The golf course is great. Vinaros and the beach are only 20 minutes away. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with peace and tranquility then this is the best place. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

"Lovely Villa a little Isolated"
The Villa itself is fantastic. Beautiful outside space with good privacy considering the amount of villas around you. We drove from Barcelona airport, used it as a base to visit Valencia, Barcelona and surrounding towns. But if you using it for tourist base is essential you have car and do not mind a bit of a drive. Roads are superb. The development is a little isolated with the commercial centre a disused building that has one bar/restaurant which I have to say was one of the best places we ate on our whole holiday. We were there for 2 weeks and we never got any clean towels or bedding which was a little unpleasant. But there is washing facilities so we're able to manage, not really what my wife and Mum expected to be doing on there holiday. Golf course is very well designed but not in the best condition there is other courses an hour in either direction. We enjoyed our holiday but unlikely to visit this development again.

We had a wonderful family holiday in your beautiful villa. The villa was very comfortable and spacious. It was very well equipped and had a beautiful pool and outside seating BBQ area. The key holder Linda was most helpful and we could contact her at anytime with queries and problems.. Which came in handy when my husband became sick and needed to attend the doctor. It was a great help to have someone like Linda to call on, she could not be more helpful., and made sure we had a wonderful holiday. Thanks again

When we visited Panoramica Golf & Country Club and the villa it was love at first sight! The surroundings are also beautiful: sunny, sandy beaches, beautiful mountains, lovely villages, stunning nature ... The Costa del Azahar or orange blossom coast, the most unspoilt Spanish costa has it all!
What are the unique benefits of the property?
The villa is spacious and light. It offers all luxury and comfort to enjoy a great holiday! The living room, which has a cosy log fire, offers a great view to the private swimming pool. The setting of the villa, 1st line at the professional Panoramica golf course, is unique. Just walk out the door with your golf equipment and play! Guests can play golf at Panoramica on payment. The upper terrace at the back side of the villa offers a great view at the golf course.
