Private large subtropical gardens, swimming pool with separate children's area both maintained to a high standard. 3 private entrances (remote control access) to the complex both within a short walk to the port and village of Portals Nous.

Saturday changeover is preferred but not essential. Arrival and departure times are flexible depending on other clients.
A deposit of 30% is required when booking,full balance is due 42days before departure with £150 refundable breakage/damage deposit from clients living in the UK & 200 Euro from clients outside of the UK.The breakage/damage deposit is returned by cheque/bank transfer at the end of your stay after the apartment has been cleaned and checked. Cancellation Policy–It is suggested that all clients take out their own holiday cancellation insurance as we do not accept any responsibility for lost bookings
About the area
The most popular nearest beach is only 5 mins away. It is a clean sandy beach with toilets and an outside shower for your convenience. In the summer months there is a small refreshment kiosk and sun beds/umbrellas for hire along with a lifeguard on duty for your safety.
There are many golf courses on the island, the nearest is Royal Bendinat, 18 holes, par 70 – Only 5 minutes away by car.
Special Interest Holidays
There is a local sports centre about 6 mins walk away with many courts and a well equipped gym with private training if required. A sea sport school and scuba diving nearby. Cycling holidays with cycle hire available locally.
How to get there
From Palma airport to the apartment takes about 20 minutes by car.
From the apartment to Palma town centre takes about 10 minutes by car.
There are good taxi and bus services readily available.
A car is not essential for your stay at Puerto Portals as all amenities are within walking distance.
