Large one bedroom apartment ( Special long winter let rates also available on request ), completed in July 06, situated in residential part of the Old Town of Albufeira. Its top floor situation makes this a rather special location, with its breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Although very close to all the amenities (countless restaurants, cafes and bars), it is far enough away not to be disturbed by any negative noise factors. This apartment is in block of 3 only, again making this accommodation very attractive. 4 minute walk to the beach lift, a few more minutes walk to the Old Town Square.

Albufeira town apartment.

Great apartment to stay in for holiday in Albufeira old town. just a short walk down hill into the Town, or to the harbour in the other direction four minute walk to the beach, lovely sea view from the balcony of this well kept apartment, great host Andy, meet's you on arrival and explains everything you need to know for your stay, would not hesitate to go back to this property again in the future. Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing in a perfect location

We stayed at Andrew’s apartment for a week in April. It was wonderful. Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. It is in a perfect location in a quiet neighbourhood, just an 8 minute walk down to the Old Town, with a wonderful view of the beach, under 10 minute walk, and 10 min walk down to the Marina The apartment is clean, simple and tidy, and has everything you need for a short stay (or even a medium length stay) There are even board games and drawers full of books! Plus beach toys! Andrew was friendly and responsive with any questions we had, and he has contacts on the spot to solve any problems. We would go back there tomorrow!! Thank you Andrew. We loved staying in your property.

Claire & Rob - Somerset.

This is a large apartment, with balcony and sea/beach views. Everything there needed for your stay. Andy, the owner, communicates really well, offering support with airport transfers, local information and advice on how to obtain efficient COVID test for our return to the UK. Location was great for us, easy walking distance to the beautiful beach and “Old Town” for restaurants and bars. Good local supermarket close by. A great base for our holiday.

Cannot fault the apartment WiFi was very good English tv,all amenities we needed was met at airport and shown around the apartment nothing to much trouble.Highly recommend

Excellent apartment

Andy was an excellent host, he met us at the hotel beside his apartment and showed us around explaining everything we needed to know. The apartment was not like a holiday rental it was home from home, very clean and everything you needed for a great stay. The pool was a bit of a walk but well worth it. I would have no hestitation recommending this apartment.
