Unlimited "Wifi" free internet Visitors really appreciate the plenty room for children to play. Large patio table (sits 8/10) sun loungers full length 10m electric canopy. New gas plancha for bbq, 5 minutes drive to the many beaches/restaurants by the promenade and to the lovely village of Villeneuve Loubet. It is situated up a hill- you will need a car - good in the summer as you get the air from the med. Secure private parking just in front of apt-code to enter complex. Just installed brand new kitchen with all appliances plasma television/ good selection of restaurants in the village and excellent "activity centre bikes to hire- tree to tree walking fishing very popular for all ages - plenty restaurants along the lovely seafront promenade and at the nearby marina of "St Laurent du Var

We enjoy the fact that our property is very private and tranquil and has such a beautiful/private garden. We often go go back to the UK to see our family and we rent out our property - we are very flexible on the arrival and departure dates.

We found your apartment great, ideally situated and well equipped for our needs. The pool was lovely, very clean and well maintained, and the garden area was a bonus as we did barbeque a couple of nights. beautiful and peaceful

We are a family with two children age 7 and 11years. We are keen walkers and we travelled by foot to and from this welcoming apartment every day, using the local buses and trains, which were either a 10 min or 20min walk. Villeneneuve loubet beach was a 20 min walk from the apartment. The apartment offered us everything we could possibly need, we were so impressed with our own private garden terrace and bbq which came into very good use on an evening, with added bonus of comfortable loungers. The swimming pool was amazing, literally seconds away from your apartment door, my children couldn't wait to get in every day, and it wasn't busy, for the whole 11 day we were there in August. The views from the pool were breathtaking.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone as its in a perfect location and the owner has been fantastic, a 100% communication from start to finish and a lovely lady. She sent brochures information and even a euro for our airport trolley. We couldn' t of asked for anything more. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. We can't wait to return next year.

A Perfect Stay

My family of five, including two teenage boys and a daughter aged 7, had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely villa. It was well equipped for all our needs with the added bonus of a beautiful patio garden where we were able to dine outside. In addition, there was a large communal swimming pool and a private off-road parking space, which was extremely useful considering how busy the area can get, particularly in the summer months.

The villa was the perfect base to explore the surrounding area as it was in a quiet position, but providing easy access to the coast and stunning inland villages. The owner was very helpful throughout the booking, including sending us brochures of places we may wish to visit and even sending us the change for the autoroute so that we could travel on our arrival in Nice, straight to the villa without any problems.

We would definitely recommend the villa to anyone who would like to visit the area.

WE purchased the apartment from new in 1990 - we love the privacy and the superb 150 metre square terrace where my husband has made a great private walled garden.There is a plenty of "patio furniture" give such a large area we do get the sun all day long. We find the large electric canopy extremely useful in the heat of the sun. The pool is very large and well maintained - we find it very quiet even in the summer months. 5 minutes by car to the sea (Med)- superb beach promenade with palm trees. Super location - near everything. The apartment is situated up a select and quiet complex. Secure parking facilities the doors open with a code when walking and we use "zapper" to open the security gates for car access. We have our own "parking space" this is located in front of the apartment.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is situated approx 7 mins by car to the beach, about 20 mins walking. The apartment is just above the area of 'Bay of Angels' which is the curved area one can see whilst flying into Nice airport.

Enjoy the beautiful walks along the seafront,which takes you to the lovely Marina of "St Laurent du Var" surrounded by a fabulous choice of restaurants. Enjoy the great shopping centre of Cap 3000, enormous selection of restaurants bordering the Med.

Travel:

The apartment is 20 mins drive from Nice airport. It is recommended to have a car given the situation of the complex. The complex situation is ideal in the summer as one gets the breeze from the sea.

Distances:

Villeneuve Loubet is the nearest village this is about 7 mins by car. Cagnes sur Mer is about 15 mins drive. The tourist office is situated in the main part of Villeneuve Loubet village, opposite the Florist. They have plenty of information regarding local historical sights such as St Paul de Vence, Eze, Vence, Gourdon, Grasse, Monte Carlo, Cannes and Monaco.

Further Details:

The village of Villeneuve Loubet is a lovely, pleasant, traditional French village with several markets throughout the week. There are 2 patisseries a casino supermarket, chemist, cash machine, estate agents, plus several small shops and restaurants and of course a large secluded petanque area. There are many activities in the village and there is a very renowned parcours adventure playground where one can hire mountain bikes and go onto an exciting activity trail. The River Lou is beautiful idea for fishing. The renown chef Escoffier was born in Villeneuve Loubet and his house in the cobbled street is now open to the public as a tourist attraction.

The convenience of our property is the 'locality'. 15 minutes drive from Nice airport - 5 minutes from both the sea (Med) and 4 minutes to one of the very prettiest villages in France = Villeneuve Loubet - a gem of a village in the 'South of France. It's a great place for a holiday - lots of activities for young and old - leisure and cultural. There are plenty of holiday activities. We think apartment most suitable for families with 1 or 2 children/couples due to private 150 sq metre patio and garden. BBQ. Nearby children activities and the abondance and nearness of various types of restaurants/villages/med-car needed-quiet select complex.

Super very large (200sqm) private terrace/garden, ideal for youngsters. Enjoy beautiful views whilst cooking on our large BBQ, 4 loungers plus dining table and 10 chairs. Large 20m electric canopy (if shade needed!). Dip into the superb large pool (just 30 seconds walk). 5 minutes :- The Provencal village of Villeneuve-Loubet is a mere three kilometers inland but a complete contrast to the commercial coast. It is the birthplace of France's greatest chef Escoffier and the house where he was born is now a museum to gastronomy. Along the River Loup are picnic areas. On the route de Grasse (RD 2085) you will find fun for the kids from two years old as well as for the parents. Adventure is to be found in the Canyon Forest with 160 tree top challenges of monkey bridges, rope swings and rock climbing and, if that is not enough, there is a four kilom Outside: We have a large terrace/patio area (200sqm). Which is surrounded by a beautiful private garden. There is a very large BBQ and there is a very large outside table with 10 chairs, along with 4 sun loungers. The swimming pool is shared by other residents, there are 30 apartments in the very quiet complex. The pool is not very busy even in the holidays. Utility Room: Iron/ironing board and hairdryer available. the cleaners will make sure all is ready for you - please do bring towels you will need for the pool/beach Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is serviced by our cleaners before you come to the apartment - beds will be made - plenty extra bed linen - just bring your own beach towels.There is a cleaning charge of £35 Other: We are fitting a completely new fitted kitchen this march -inc all mod cons. intergrated washing machine and dishwasher - new fitted cooker intergrated microwave special price for linger rents till may 2015 and after October 2015- March 2016
