We had such a lovely stay in this villa. Beautiful villa with stunning views and the hosts were so hospitable going above and beyond to make us feel so welcome. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Fab stay in a beautiful villa

The property’s location was perfect for our family’s stay in Kalkan. We liked being a bit away from the centre, but able to walk in easily. Getting back to the villa from town was a cheap taxi away. The villa itself was beautiful. Spotlessly clean, with lots of space, every room had its own en suite plus there was an extra cloakroom downstairs. We could eat inside or outside, chill inside or outside downstairs, or on one of the many balconies. So many areas in the villa kept everyone happy. The aircon kept us all cool (essential as it was super hot for our stay) as did the swimming pool. The barbecue was great - and used on a couple of occasions. Gary and Juliana were helpful and welcoming - we particularly appreciated them ordering us a takeaway when we arrived from the airport late on the first night. Gary also took us out on the first morning to show us the local supermarkets, which was useful. Two of our party went out with them to a restaurant in the mountains too. We stayed around the pool and town mostly, but took 3 trips out. Patara beach (by taxi) Kas (by bus) and Kaputas beach (by bus). All worth a visit We really enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend both this villa, and the hosts, Gary and Juliana

Amazing

10/10 would recommend. Went out of his way to show us the town and the places to go and the places to stay away from. They took us all for lunch which was amazing up in the mountains with the locals! The best food we had all trip. Rooms were clean and just as stated, would definitely come back! Lovely couple

You won't be disappointed ....

From the moment of booking, we didn't encounter any problems which weren't quickly resolved. Property is excellent value, having all the amenities required for a great holiday. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Short break in beautiful Kalkan

From start to finish the hosts of Villa Josh, Gary & Julianna were amazing! They were so accommodating and friendly, even though we only stayed for 4 nights they actually felt like friends rather than hosts. Villa Josh is exactly as you see in the photos. Beautiful property overlooking the bay of Kalkan. Spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you will need. The pool is a real relief from the hot summer sun of Turkey. My teenage daughter loved lazing around catching a tan on the numerous sun beds before taking a dip in the pool. My husband was so impressed with the villa that he wants to book us all in again for next year but definitely for a longer summer break. The bedrooms are large with impressive en suites and the showers are amazing. Very comfortable living area with an outside dining table for you to enjoy breakfast, lunch or an evening meal. We used villa eats app to order food in on our first evening with great success..no problem in locating the villa. Gary & Julianna reside in the garden apartment which is very reassuring however they never intrude but are easily accessible if you need them, which We personally liked about staying here. Overall an amazing few days staying in their perfect villa. We will definitely be back. Thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous place.
