Modern one bedroom apartment that can sleep up to 5, Air conditioned. Lovely pool only 2.5m away. Close to shops, and the beach is only 5 mins walk. Lots of good eating places nearby and plenty of entertainment is close at hand. The Aqua Park, is not far away, a bus service runs to all local attractions it for those who do not have a car. Ideal for a restful holiday, or maybe you look for activities all of which are close at hand. Peaceful walks at night only minutes away.
The bedroom has 2 single beds, dressing table with mirror, fitted wardrode and ceiling fan. Lounge has pull down double bed and single bed.
Walk in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Also a washing machine.
Includes cooker with hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, breakfast bar.
Longue has UK satellite TV (channels 1 to 5 only), video, ceiling fan. Double sofa bed and a single sofabed. Games and many books. Some video's especially for children, with spare video player & TV. Air con installed which is metered but economical.
Patio has, table and chairs.
2nd patio leading off bedroom, secure for small children.
Designated secure car parking £10 a week. (must be booked prior to arrival)
Linen and towels changed once a week, or more if you require, although a charge is made.

Access ramps on all levels, it should be noted that the complex is situated on a hill, but this should prove no problem to wheelchairs.
Access is via security gates, a key will be issued prior to departure.
There are lots of pools on the complex, 3 right in front of your apartment, they are not heated.
Take away cafe or sit in, also a bar in the evenings.
Important notes on accommodation
This really is a great place for families, as the pools are safe and are patrolled by a lifeguard. Everything is within walking distance of your apartment, so a car is not needed, unless you wish to explore the island. Most trips can be booked locally.

Longer term rentals in excess of two weeks will attract a discount, contact owner for details. Prices can be reduced on 2 week holidays and above, if you wish to launder your own towels and sheets. Booking can be done by email or phone. A 25% booking fee payable on booking, full payment required six weeks prior to departure. A £50 refundable deposit is required for keys and also any breakages, on final invoice.

How to get there
The apartment is about 15-20 minutes drive from the airport.
Car hire is not essential. If however you wish to hire a car, we do have parking available close to the apartment in secure parking area and designated parking space at £10 per week. A security fob is required to access the parking and an extra security deposit is required, which is refunded when returned. Car hire we recommend www.Autorisen.es We feel that the cost of car hire is offset by taxi fares from airport.
Apartment is centre of town. Los Americas 3 miles, Fanabe 1 mile. Airport is short taxi ride of less than 15 kilometers

"Lovely apartment, ideal location"
Lovely, spacious apartment. Loved the blue furniture. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a self catering break. The closeness of the swimming pool is a huge treat as you can literally fall out of bed into it! It was very quiet when we visited so we felt like it was our own private pool. Two new sunbeds and a welcome change of towels increased our enjoyment. The complex itself is clean, but a little tired. We regularly saw security and pool management people around it. We were impressed to see an underwater diver fixing tiles!(Not sure how that works lol) Apartment is located very close to restaurants nearby and a short walk takes you to the harbour which was ideal for us. All in all we were glad we found this little gem and had a great time. Thanks Norman x

"A real winner!"
Wife and I have been using this apartment for about 5 years, never been disappointed. Close to everything but far enough away for a peaceful nights sleep. Hope to go again before Christmas to keep the tan topped up.

We are a family of 5 and have been useing the appartment since 2011. Also booked for Aug 2014. Great facilities and very clean. Lovely pool. Very close to large supermarket and short walk to sea side, restaurants, shops and buses. Recomend for evening entertainment visiting close Hotels. The owner is very helpfull and any proplems will be sorted out quickly. I highly recomend his two properties. Enjoy ( Wife likes to wash/dry clothes in washing machine before leaving, Children in and out of pool and making friends on site )

About the Owner
My wife and I are in our 50's and both work in the professional sector. I own my own financial services company and she is a recently retired Health Visitor. We bought this apartment as a family holiday home and have enjoyed many holidays with our two children and grandchildren. We rent our apartment our purely to help cover some of the expenses and to keep the property 'lived in' and aired. I have no hesitation in recommending this property as a quite family retreat close to all amenities, we want all our guests to treat this like your home whilst abroad and come to enjoy the comforts as mush as we do. We now have many returning guests which is a testimony to the homeliness of the apartment and complex.

Why this location?
Our family in 2000 were all very young and water the excitement of a large pool area, close to the beach and the night life. We on the otherhand wanted to be able to relax on the beach and keep away from night life, but also wanted to be central to touring the island. This apartment satisfied all these requirements and is the perfect family holiday destination. Recently upgraded with Air Con we can now go to Tenerife at any time of the year even at the hottest periods.
What are the unique benefits of the property?
The quite evenings and the pleasant surroundings, make this the most relaxing of apartment complexes. We have enjoyed may years of uninterrupted sunshine and relaxation. Close to all the big amenities and pleasant evening walks. Good for families or just a couple wanting to get away for relaxation, this is the apartment for you!
