32 Horizon View is a 3 bedroom third floor duplex apartment in a landmark building in Westward Ho! with breathtaking panoramic sea views and a generous private balcony.
The property offers secure underground parking with additional parking at ground level. Lifts serve the apartment from ground level and the car park. Extensive soft landscaping, planting and feature lighting add further ambiance to the grounds of Horizon View.

This apartment offers the following features:

3 double bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 with twin single beds. All of the bedrooms have large wardrobes. All fresh bed linen is provided but not towels.

3 large bathrooms with baths and/or showers, plus 1 further cloakroom with WC

A large, comfortable living room offering fantastic views of the beach and open sea. The living room has a large dining table, sofas and easy chairs.

A fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, panini and toaster.

A drying room with a washing machine for wetsuits and clothes.

Secure underground parking for 1 car and gated street level parking for additional vehicles.

Easy access by lift or stairs.

A large and private balcony with a further dining table and chairs.

Entertainment for when the weather's not so good. High speed fibre broadband, large smart connected TV, music, a Playstation and many DVDs and films to watch.

A Duplex layout: This means there are two floors and 2 of the bedrooms are upstairs. This is ideal for allowing some quiet time or for example if children need to be bed and not disturbed by late night TV.

In response to the review on building work here is an update - this is taking place behind our apartment block. It only affects the upstairs bedrooms during the week. You cannot hear it downstairs and it is expected to be completed by the summer.

Ideal family accomodation
Thank you for a lovely holiday, my Mum is showing the signs of dementia and the layout of the apartment was great. My daughter is 28 and autistic so with both my Mum and daughter with health issues it was lovely to have 3 bathrooms, it allowd us all to have our own privacy which is very important. Looking forward to our return visit in October when we will be celebrating my 60th birthday, in fantastic surroundings and conditions.

Wonderful weekend stay for the Classic mini car run - NDGT for CHSW. Apartment was lovely with fabulous sea views and served us well for our wants and needs. We would definitely recommend and return.
