Great location. Home is better than the pictures.
Stayed for a family holiday, grand parents, children and grand children. Good size rooms with the exception of the en-suite which is tiny. Good weather which always helps. The location is a few minutes drive to beach, Christchurch, etc.

Superb property and location
Considering the last minute decision to book, the response was very quick and informative. We arrived to find a well equipped property in a quiet cul-de-sac within easy walking of the beach and riverside walks. With close amenities and places to visit.

A great location and property.
Pro's Perfect location Very clean Very light and airy property, a perfect size for 4 or 6. Well equipped kitchen with all the amenities you would wish for and expect. Very quiet location with a 12 minute leisurely walk to the sea front. I can't really understand why other visitors think the en-suite is really tiny, its not that small! I was expecting a broom cupboard ensuite, but it is easy to use for one person at a time. Freeview Smart TV with access to Apps if you already have your own logins. Con's I can't think of any really, we really enjoyed everything about the place and will try to book again for next year.

Southbourne Staycation
The property is light and airy with all mod cons required in a family kitchen. The kitchen was well resourced with lots of storage space. The garden was a good size to hang washing on the clothesline in addition to my family and I playing games and eating at the table on the patio alfresco style. The bedrooms and bathroom were a good size and there were lots of sofas in the lounge and conservatory allowing for family time or individual space. In summary we had a wonderful stay in a great property and would love to stay again.

We live in Hitchin but have been coming down to Christchurch for many years to enjoy the milder weather, sandy beaches and sailing.

Why they chose this property

We bought our holiday cottage 3 years ago and spent several months renovating it into a modern open plan space, ideal for our family or for relaxing with friends. We hope you will love it too. The house is filled with sun light and the walled garden quiet and full of birds.

What makes this property unique

The house is in amazing location with easy access to the beach,Hengisbury Head nature reserve and to the pretty town of Christchurch with many bars and restaurants. We rarely use the car when we are down, walking or cycling everywhere. The house is in a peaceful cul de sac so is suitable for families but not for loud parties.
