Luxury 4 bed Orlando villa in 'The Sanctuary' on the gated community of West Haven. West Haven is a beautifully manicured development in serene surroundings and close proximity to Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and the new Legoland. The villa has four bedrooms consisting of 1 Master Suite with super king bed, a huge ensuite bathroom and his and hers walk in wardrobes, 2 further good sized bedrooms with queen beds and 1 twin room, all with TVs. There is also a second bathroom next to the other bedrooms and a downstairs washroom. The villa has 2 downstairs open plan living rooms, luxury kitchen, 2 dining areas and a 52' LCD flat screen TV, DVD player and Xbox One console. The garage has also the games room with pool table, basketball and fuzzball. Outside is a large patio area with plenty of loungers, table and chairs, a very useful outside washroom facility, shower, gas BBQ, private pool and spa overlooking a stunning conservation area.

Stunning property

Jon And Clare have a stunning property so spacious and clean The master suite is particularly excellent with vast space and two walk in wardrobes The Family loved the pool area and we had a fantastic barbecue one night The area is so nice and quiet and extremely safe with electric gates , minutes away from the i4 highway .communication with the property managers is great so if any issues arise like loss of internet it will be swiftly dealt with I would return here in a heartbeat Actually communicated with the owners and they were so helpful

Perfect vacation villa!

Loved our stay here in Florida. The Villa was exactly what we were looking for; good size and layout, great pool and outdoor area. The location is perfect for theme park visits and the Champions Gate area has everything you need for shopping and eating out etc. Would definitely consider another visit in the future.

Great villa in a great location

We had a fantastic couple of weeks in the villa which has everything you need. Kids loved the pool and it's not too far from Disney!

Amazing! Bravo!

Could not be happier with our stay. The property itself is a real home from home and just a shell like some villas. It is beautifully presented with everything you could possibly need so many utensils and towels! The highlight for us was the outside pool area. Lovely spa pool and overlooking the conservation area was just stunning. Such a peaceful and safe location. Checking in etc was really simple and fantastic communication whe needed. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

The deciding factor in buying a villa to have as a holiday home and rental property were the numerous holidays we have shared here. We have lived in the county of Hertfordshire, England all our lives but regard Florida as our second home!

Why they chose this property

Having spent many holidays in Florida over the past 20 years, including our honeymoon! we decided Florida was the place to purchase our dream holiday home and chose 'The Sanctuary' West Haven for its beautiful surroundings and for our own perfect sanctuary!

What makes this property unique

After viewing many properties, the moment we saw our villa we knew it was the one for us. We had already made our list of criteria of what we wanted in a villa and it ticked all the boxes! Our grandson also gave it a very big tick and not just because of the games room! The main attraction was the view as we had often stayed in villas that overlooked the neighbours pool! Which is not what we wanted. This is why we chose the stunning surroundings of 'The Sanctuary'
