Great bedrooms with lots of cupboard space, air condition and large bright windows, and added extras like hair dryer, tissues, hand soap, toilet paper mirrors laundry baskets, washing machine etc. cheapest car hire company is DoYouSpain.com I have used them many times, always found them the cheapest.
This magnificent villa, is for people that are looking for something out of the ordinary. The villa has a living space of 360 m² (450 m² including terraces) and was built with the best materials and has been tastefully decorated. It offers full privacy, a swimming pool and has beautiful panoramic views.

Had everything we could ask for.. Great communication from the owners... highly recommended..

Great for families... there have been some comments about the steps for young children... no issue as we see it.. we had a 4 year old who had absolutely no problem... house has everything you need for a great relaxing holiday.. Javea and the surrounding areas are hilly.. it’s a short walk to the old town but a challenge to walk back up! Again not an issue for us.. Quite simply we just love the place... The doors to enter are just huge... the first thing the children said.. wow we’re in a castle! James the owner very attentive and clearly wanted to make sure we had a great time...

The villa is an impressive building inside and out with very comfortable furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of utensils, pots and pans as well as two fridge freezers, washing machine and dryer. There is air con in every bedroom but the villa would really benefit from having it in the main lounge area, the temperature was in the high 30s when we stayed, family time together in the lounge was cut short as the room was just too hot even though we tried various combinations of doors/windows open and closed. WE found a cooler in one of the cupboards but it didn't touch the heat. The pool is great and the area around had plenty of comfortable beds with cushions. This home is advertised as child friendly (we had a 5 year old and 2 year old with us) but it was not, for us, for the following reasons: 1. The steps down to the pool are very steep and tiled - a lockable gate or similar, would have given us peace of mind. 2. The pool pump house does not have a door and children can easily access the pump with its electrical connections. The owner was super helpful, responding to and rectifying any issues we had within 24 hours but for a luxury villa in this price range I would expect the Manager to monitor the building/grounds for problems and have them fixed before they affect their guests. Saying that, the issues we found would not be issues for everyone and this really is a luxury place to stay for a larger family or friends group. I would recommend this villa for adults and families with teens and older children.

WONDERFUL HOLIDAY

We had a wonderful holiday, James was an amazing host and kept us informed regularly. The holiday home is better than anticipated and is very large and well equiped. We really enjoyed the terrace and pool too.

very beautiful and spacious, relaxed holiday

Will definitely be back to this wonderful Villa. The pool and garden is nice and secluded, so we were able to spend lots of leisurely hours there. we also enjoyed the kitchen and lounge areas very much, plus plenty of storage space in the big well dcorated rooms. Thanks.

Ideal position

when you walk into the entrance hall, it certainly has the wow factor. the views where beautiful from the terraces and the villa is in an ideal position, feeling rural yet only a short walk to the old town. I do however have a few grumbles. For a villa that sleeps 9 we were disappointed with the facilities provided. Only a travel kettle so we had to buy a full sized kettle, a decent knife, a frying pan as the coating on both pans had disintegrated. we also had lots of problems with the heating and a lot of mould in the bathroom.

We have owned a holiday home in this area for the last 18 years. It is a safe and elegant part of Spain with a beautiful coast and with with all that holidaymakers could wish for. We have had lots of wonderful times here and we hope you will too. It is full of those extra touches that make for a completely relaxed break, such as luxury sunbeds by the 5 meter pool, outdoor dining on our terraced areas, large bathrooms and spacious living. There is satellite TV for those that wish it (Spanish, German and English channels.)
We have also added a safe for your valuables, books, games, puzzles, tennis raquets and inflatable LiLo for floating in the pool, plus beach towels and collapsible chairs for awaydays!

What makes this property unique

We love the grand entrance hall with its balustrade marble staircase, the master bedroom suite with its own private sunbathing terrace and the panoramic views, (you can just see the sea from here).
Lots of pivacy, but with easy access to town or beach locations.
