A top quality luxury, modern, 2 bedroom, spacious apartment (nearly 100 sq m), a full bathroom en-suite and a shower room for the second bedroom, in a quiet location, one of the best in Alvor, only 300m from the facilities of the village, 2 pools on site. Free Wi-Fi, totally secure with lift access, video entry phone & reserved underground parking. The large, private, roof terrace is fully equipped with sun beds, table & chairs, a built-in bar-b-q & even a sink! There are 2 further balconies furnished with tables & comfortable chairs, the main balcony having wonderful views of the sunsets. The apartment has magnificent views across the Alvor estuary. Fully equipped to the highest standard, Air conditioned (living area & bedrooms) & heated for the cooler months (all rooms). English channels, large flat screen wifi "smart" TV with surround sound / DVD. The kitchen contains top quality, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven & hob, two minutes walk to the nearest supermarket & 10 minutes to a fantastic beach. A great location.

Just about one of the best locations in Alvor, very near the restaurants & bar area not far from the harbour, beach or golf but in a quiet location with wonderful views, top line facilities, equipment & furnishings, a truly wonderful experience!

Notes
· PLEASE READ, In addition to the weekly charge there will be a £200.00, refundable breakage & excess cleaning deposit (should the property be left in an unsatisfactory condition). This will be refunded after completion of the let & on the receipt of a satisfactory report from our local agent. Payment in Euros will be acceptable at an agreed rate. All bookings will be secured by a 25% deposit with payment of balance (plus refundable damage deposit) required no less than 8 weeks prior to the date of the commencement of the let. The payment will not be refundable for a cancellation within the 8 week period prior to the booking, we therefore strongly recommend clients to take out insurance for cancellation (& health). The charge will include the use of the Wi-Fi, water & electricity used but if the use of water / electricity is found to be very excessive we reserve the right to make an additional charge against the security deposit.
· The property must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Entry will not be available before 4 pm on arrival, there may be some flexibility if there is no booking before or after the let. Contact us if there is a time scale problem. We do have secure storage for luggage if required . OUR CHANGEOVERS, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE ARE SATURDAY, BUT MAY BE FLEXIBLE IN THE QUIETER PERIODS, ASK FOR DETAILS. The property MUST NOT BE OCCUPIED OR USED by more persons than are stated on the booking form (and the licence: 5 max), If more than the stipulated persons are found to be in the property at any time, the let will immediately be terminated with no refund or claim of any type accepted.
Whilst ever care is taken to ensure that the information given is correct, there may be instances when facilities or features described may have to be altered or withdrawn. We hold no responsibility should this be the case.
Please also note we do not consider the apartment suitable for young children under 5 years old or animals (non mobile babies may be accepted). The apartment is best suited for 4 persons 5 MAXIMUM.

Tired apartment and Construction works !
Great apartment. Perfect location BUT…. Cleanliness could do with a bit of work for instance the top of the extract hood I don’t think has ever been cleaned nor has the roof terrace. (No bbq tools to be found) Grimy switches. One minute towel unless your tiny was more like a hand towel. Empty Duvet covers and a throw as bedding. Archaic media situation including a tv that relied on Wi-Fi which was very temperamental. We couldn’t operate it at all when we first arrived but the local agent Alice in all fairness visited the apartment within an hour and sent me a “how to” video. Sofa and dining chairs covered very worn furniture. Beds not comfy. Overall the property is getting very tired. The worst thing we had to deal with was a large construction site to the left of our balcony that operated Monday-Saturday 8am to 6pm that we were not made aware of which I think is very unfair. This rendered the balcony unusable during the day.

A lovely apartment in a great location.
This apartment is in a great location with easy access to town. The owner responds quickly to any queries. This is my 5th stay in Alvor, this apartment is definitely the best.

Great location in a quiet area and within easy walking distance of the town, supermarket, restaurants and the beautiful Alvor beach. The apartment was spacious with lots of lovely outside spaces to enjoy the sun. We did feel some of the furnishings could do with a little updating but overall the apartment was very nice.
