Villa Lo Romero with private swimming pool and 3 spacious terraces, the top terrace is extremely private and has distant sea views across to La Manga, this is clearly visable when there is no heat mist. Beautifully furnished in an excellent area for all amenities. Only 2 minutes walk away there are many fine bar/restaurants, an English supermarket, hairdressers and beauty shop. Within a short walk is the local Village of Campoverde, where there are a multitude of shops, bars, restaurants, a doctors' surgery, a church, a library and many more facilities. Please note that cushions are not provided for the Terrace loungers. It is requested with respect not to use the Pool after 12mn as it will disturb the neighbours. Beaches, Bowls only 10 min drive & Golf 3 min.

Notes on prices
Prices are based on rooms per day in UK Pounds. Special offer for limited period only for full occuppancy of 12 persons sharing with no other discount for less people. Special discount applies all year for Golf, Bowls or any sport groups providing they are booked in advance.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Clients are welcome to arrive from 2pm and vacate the Villa by 9.30am
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | 2 master bedrooms have a 7'sq bed, these are bigger than king size beds. Two other bedrooms have double beds. 2 rooms have twin beds, there is also a cot and high chair for an infant. |
| Bathrooms: | Most bedrooms have their own bathroom/shower rooms, all bathrooms/showers are beautifully tiled and truly inviting. |
| Kitchen: | This very spacious Villa has two fully fitted kitchens with microwaves, gas hobs, electric ovens, fridges with ice boxs two dishwashers and a washing machine |
| Utility Room: | There is ample secure storage space for luggage and golf clubs. |
| Living Rooms: | There are two beautiful and very spacious Lounges with TVs for your DVDs (please bring your DVDs with you). There is a Stereo Systems, for your complete pleasure. |
| Other: | Tower Bedroom has air-conditioning and spectacular views of the landscape with far reaching views to the sea. Off season a minimum of 4 persons & one week bookings accepted. Summer terms for June, July and August duration of 2 weeks or more accepted! |

Notes on accommodation
This Villa is perfect for large groups who are interested in spending time here in Spain playing Bowls, Golf, Tennis or any other sport activities, we are open all year and in the Winter we are idealy situated for golf or bowls tournaments. The Bowls Club, Tennis and the indoor heated olympic style swimming pool is just 6 min drive away. It is also very suitable for well behaved children.

Accessibility
This property is not suitable for wheelchairs but there are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Also available is alternate accommodation that sleeps 4 persons, beautiful and South Facing with full Sun 365 days a year.
Outside
Large private Terrace with 8x4 swimming pool, ample seating with plenty of shade. Two other terrace, one at the top of the Villa which has spectacular views of the landscape, the Sea and distant views of La Manga and the Mar Menor. The other Terrace is situated in the 2nd level and is also very convenient for dining.
Coast/Beach
Excellent beaches, too many to mention. The nearest beach is in Pilar de la Horadada, many beaches are only 10 minutes drive away. In Lo Pagan just 10 minute drive away in the Mar Menor you have the theraputic Mud Baths for people suffering from Arthritis or any other problems, people come from all over the world to bathe naturally in those special salt baths which is totally free to the public. Supplement applies for bookings less than 12 persons.
Golf
Golf courses are plentiful, the nearest one 'Lo Romero Golf' is only 3 mins drive away, it is a beautiful golf course and comes very highly recommended, there are many more within a 20 min drive from the Villa.
Skiing
Water skiing is available along the Coast at many different points. Ski resorts can be found in Granada this is the nearest point for winter skiing.
Special interest holidays
Golf is paramount all year. During the winter months there is the wonderful Bowls Club in the Town of Pilar de la Horadada only a few minutes drive away, where all your tournaments can take place, (by prior arrangement with the Club of course).We have accommodation for Bowls or Golf groups of 12 persons.
Travel
The nearest Airport is Murcia, this is only 15 minutes drive. There are numerous Car Hire Companies based at the Airport, there is also a very good Taxi service there.
Alicante Airport is just one hour drive away, this also has good Car Hire and Taxi service. If you are coming to play Golf, a car will be necessary.
Distances
The village is a 15 min stroll or 3 min drive from the Villa but there are many restaurants, Chinese, Spanish, English and various shops just 2 minutes walk away. There are numerous very good Markets locally every day of the week. On Friday the big Market is in Pilar. On Sunday mornings there is a Market in our Village, an excellent meeting place and a very good market too. In the market square on Sundays mouth watering chickens are cooked on the spit so no need to cook on Sundays.
Further details
Please dispose of all rubbish daily, preferably in the evening after 8pm, make sure it is in a carrier bag, secured by a tight knot before placing in the rubbish bins. Binns are not provided in the Kitchens for hygienic purposes. There are many locations for disposal of rubbish some of which are located at both ends of Avenida de las Especias, colour is green. You are respectfully requested not to use the Pool after using sun oil as it interferes with the chemicles. If the Villa is not left clean & tidy as requested your Security Deposit may be forfeited. Please never dispose of chewing gum anywhere in or around the Villa & Terraces.
Booking notes
To book accommodation send an email, text or telephone the numbers given. Deposits of 30% are taken on confirmation of your booking, then 8 weeks before the date of your arrival the balance becomes payable. Please also check for availability at short notice when special deals may be available, so it is well worth making enquiries for late bookings. A security deposit of £300 is taken but refundable. Clients can book in from 2pm and must vacate by 9.30am.
