Villa Lo Romero has been divided into 2 ind houses with private swimming pool and 3 spacious eating terraces, the top terrace is extremely private and has distant sea views across to La Manga, this is clearly visable when there is no heat mist. Beautifully furnished in an excellent area for all amenities. Only 2 minutes walk away there are many fine bar/restaurants, supermarket, hairdressers and beauty shop. Within a short walk is the local Village of Campoverde, where there are a multitude of shops, bars, restaurants, a doctors' surgery, a church, a library and many more facilities. Please note that cushions are not provided for the Terrace loungers. It is requested with respect not to use the Pool after 12 mins as it will disturb the neighbours. This Villa is perfect for large groups who are interested in spending time here in Spain for leisure, Bowls, Golf, Tennis or any other sport activities, we are open all year and in the Winter we are idealy situated for Golf, Tennis or Bowls tournaments. The Bowls Club, Tennis Club, Golf Club and indoor heated olympic style Swimming Pool are just minutes drive away. This Villa is also suitable for well behaved children as there are many playing areas around the Villa.

Accessibility
Villa Romero is not suitable for wheelchairs, however there are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Also available is the other accommodation that sleeps 4 persons, beautiful & South Facing with full Sun 365 days a year. This smaller house has access to two Communal Swimming Pools one of which is virtually next door to this lovely house, just call or email for more information as we have very special deals available for longer stays or Winter letts in both houses.
Outside
Large comfortable lower Terrace with a big Barbaque for outdoor cooking whilst taking a swim in your private 8x4 swimming pool, ample comfortable seating with plenty of shade. There are many other terrace including one on the upper level of the Villa which has spectacular views of the landscape, the Sea and distant views of La Manga and the Mar Menor. There is another Terrace on the 2nd level and this is superb for drinks, dining or just relaxing taking in the beautiful view of the Sea and distant views of the big Cruiser Ships as the sail along the horizon, again there is ample seating and plenty of shade for your absolute comfort.
Coast/Beach
Excellent beaches, too many to mention. The nearest beach is in Pilar de la Horadada, many beaches are only 10 minutes drive away. In Lo Pagan just 10 minute drive away in the Mar Menor you have the theraputic Mud Baths for people suffering from Arthritis or any other problems, people come from all over the world to bathe naturally in those special salt baths which is totally free to the public. Supplement applies for bookings less than 12 persons.
Golf
Golf courses are plentiful, the closest is 'Lo Romero Golf' http://www.loromerogolf.es if you look at this link you can view each hole and it is only 3 mins drive away, it is a beautiful golf course and comes very highly recommended. There are many more within a 20 min drive from the Villa. There are also two more houses available for holidays, each sleep 4 persons and are very reasonable priced for all year letts.
Skiing
Water skiing is available along the Coast at many different points. Ski resorts can be found in Granada this is the nearest point for winter skiing.
Special interest holidays
This is a short list of local Golf Courses, for instance Campoamor, Las Ramblas, La Finca, Villamartin, La Roda, La Serrena, La Manga, Altareal & many more. Bowls Clubs are in the Town of Pilar de la Horadada only a few minutes away where Winter/Summer tournaments can be reserved (by prior arrangement with the Club of course). Our accommodation is perfect for large groups for all sporting activities and we are open all year.
Travel
Murcia Airport is 15 away, Alicante 55 min away. Car hire recommended. There are numerous Car Hire Companies based locally & at the Airport, there is also a very good Taxi service from the Airport.
Distances
Our small village of Campoverde has multiple restaurants incl, Coffee bars,Chinese,Spanish,English, Supermarkets, local shops just 2 minutes walk away. There are numerous very good Markets locally every day of the week. On Friday the big Market is in Pilar. On Sunday mornings there is a Market in our Village, an excellent meeting place and a very good market too. In the market square on Sundays mouth watering chickens are cooked on the spit so no need to cook on Sundays.
Further details
Please dispose of all rubbish daily, preferably in the evening after 8pm, make sure it is in a carrier bag, secured by a tight knot before placing in the rubbish bins. Binns are not provided in the Kitchens for hygienic purposes. You are respectfully requested not to use the Pool after using sun oil as it interferes with the chemicles. Leave the Villa clean & tidy as requested please. Booking deposits are non-refundable.
Booking notes
To book accommodation send an email, text or telephone the numbers given. Deposits of 30% are taken on confirmation of your booking, then 8 weeks before the date of your arrival the balance becomes payable. A security deposit of £150 refundable after inspection of the Villa. Clients can book in from 4pm and must vacate by 10am.
Supplement applies June - August.
