Danube Classic is a stone's throw from the Opera House in the main square and the Danube. The restaurants, cafes and bars of the Stare Mesto (Old Town) pedestrianised area are all close by. Tesco's superstore is within five minutes walk which can cater for your day to day needs. Despite its central location, Danube Classic is quiet and peaceful, on the ground floor in a courtyard setting. Consideration for the neighbours is absolutely essential if you wish to make this booking.

Notes on prices
Please note that the fees are for the apartment per night, not per person. A late arrivals fee is payable for check-ins later than 6 pm £17 and after 11pm £25. This is payable directly to the apartment manager at check in. 2 nights minimum stay and 3 nights over the weekend. £100 deposit against damages is required, although we will not charge for small accidental breakages such as crockery.
Changeover day
A late check in fee of £17 after 7 pm and of £25 after 11pm is applied per booking.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The three main double bedrooms are spacious and elegant, and have queen sized beds. The single room is smaller but comfortably accommodates a single bed. All bedrooms have wood floors and ample storeage. |
| Bathrooms: | Bedroom one has an en-suite bathroom with bath. There is a separate shower room off the hallway with power shower, wc and basin. |
| Kitchen: | The fully equipped modern kitchen has cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and all crockery and cutlery. |
| Living Rooms: | The open plan living dining area has dining table and chairs for six and two large comfortable sofas. There is cable TV and an LCD computer with free internet access. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels are provided, and the apartment will be cleaned before you arrive. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment has an apartment manager, who speaks excellent English, who will help with any aspect of your stay. He can pick you up at your arrival, and take you to your point of departure at the end of your stay if required, and can answer any questions you have about the local facilities. If you wish, guest membership of the local gym is provided free of charge, and he can arrange this for you.

Travel
Bratislava airport is 12km from Bratislava, and the main railway station is approx 2km from the Old Town. The apartment manager can meet you from the airport or station if you require this and take you back at the end of your stay. He charges £25 per return trip from Bratislava airport (for 4 people) and £67 return trip from Vienna airport.
Booking notes
Minimum stay of 3 nights over weekend period. A refundable deposit of £100 (150 euros) is required on booking, and will be held against significant damages. The apartment is not suitable for stag or hen nights, or for general partying. If you are planning to visit Bratislava to consume large amounts of alcohol, or there is a possibility that you will return noisily to the apartment in the early hours, we would suggest that this is not the accommodation for you.
