Our apartment is very well appointed and spacious. Liptovsky Mikulas is a lovely town, with plenty of really good, reasonably price restaurants. This is a beautiful, peaceful area, with good skiing and snowboarding at very economical prices. The ski area grows each year, and we have always found the slopes to be peaceful and well kept. In the summer there are plenty of hiking and cycling trails, both in the mountains and in the valley.

Bedrooms: The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed. Also available are 2 put-you-up beds, which will easily fit in the bedroom or in the lounge area.
Bathrooms: Large bathroom, with heated floor and large heated towel rail, cupboard, bath/shower and sink. Separate wc.
Kitchen: There is a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave as well as full set of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
Living Rooms: We have a large kitchen/diner/lounge area. There is a table which seats 6 people, and a sofabed which converts to twin beds. There is a TV, CD player and DVD player.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included in the rental price, and can be replaced during our stay at extra cost.

This is a lovely apartment, which is well furnished, comfortable, spacious and warm.

Accessibility
There is a good lift as well as stairs to the apartment on the third floor. There are no steps or stairs inside the apartment.

Outside
There is a small balcony with mountain views. There is ample parking in the quiet layby next to the apartment building.

Skiing
Jasna ski area is 20 minutes drive away and has both downhill and cross country runs. Ski passes cover the whole mountain, which is very beautiful and very safe. Lessons are available, and our manager can offer snowboarding lessons, and guiding. You will need a car to get up to the mouontain, or you can use the very cheap public bus which departs from about 10 minutes away from the apartment. Lockers are available at the slopes if you want to leave your skiis.

Travel
Poprad/Tatry (Sky Europe) is the nearest airport and is half an hour away. You will need to hire a car from here, or we can arrange transfer.
Bratislava airport. 4 hours drive or 5 hours train ride away.
You will need a car to get to the slopes if you are skiing, or our manager can arrange transfer.

Distances
Town centre, 5 minutes walk.
Ski slope at Jasna, 20 minutes drive.
Tatralandia water park, 5 minutes drive.

Further details
There is a large hypermarket, 10 minutes walk away which is open everyday until 8. All other shops close on Saturday afternoon, and all day on Sunday.
There are loads of really good, very reasonably priced restaurants nearby, we have several favourites which we can recommend to you, and our managers in Mikulas will be happy to recommend some too. There are loads of sports facilities in the town including, swimming pool, squash courts, bowling alley, skateboard park, Olympic canoe/kayak course, and ice rink. The public beach on Lake Mara is about 20 minutes drive away (40 minutes cycle).

Booking notes
We ask for a £50 deposit at the time of booking, plus £50 returnable breakages deposit.
We ask that the balance is paid in full 6 weeks before your stay.
