Payment upon agreement. Refundable damage deposit of eur. 150,- upon arrival. For only one-two night booking will be charged extra cleaning fee 35 euros. For arrivals after 22h and departures before 8h we charge eur. 20.

We had the opportunity to buy this Apartment in this beautiful building while it was being renovated. The area is very calm but has everything you need and is very central. It is a very good base from where you can explore Berlin.
