But you can also spend entertaining hours on the farm itself, doing archery, sunbathing on the lawn. An inviting looking barbecue next to our outdoor seating is available for celebrations and for your enjoyment.

Notes on prices
The price is applicable for 2 persons per night - each additional person will be charged with 8 to 45 euros a day depending on the age, season and type of accommodation. Please call in for further information. For the guests of our Alpen chalet we offer a daily room service - cleaning the bathes and kitchen and making beds for a daily charge of 25 euros.
Changeover day
Our regular changeover day is Saturday, in the low-season please ask.

The generously proportioned living area is ideal for relaxing in. In the full bath room with steam shower, you will find a hairdryer and filled cosmetic tissue dispenser and hygiene bag dispenser. The second bath room has steam shower too. A additional toilet is located on the ground floor. You will have a private washing machine and tumble dryer. The south-west-facing terrace is provided with seating for all people. Enjoy a bath in the out door jacuzzi - it΄s absolutely relaxing. The parents bedroom is in the gallery and is furnished with hand painted, antique-style furniture. A cot is also available. Standard equipment includes a complete fitted kitchen with cooker and dishwasher, as well as a childs highchair, telephone and satellite TV, which should ensure your stay with us is as pleasant as possible. The generously proportioned living area is ideal for relaxing in. In the shower room with WC, you will find a hair dryer and filled cosmetic-tissue dispenser and hygiene bag dispenser. As a last resort and for a small fee, you can also share the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer. Our prices include all charges and final cleaning for 2 persons. Enjoy up to 920 sq ft natural charm of a wood cabin in Alpine style. 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people. With the spacious living-dining area with fireplace takes you to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the Chalet. On the use of carefully selected, high quality materials, we placed special value. The 2 bathrooms are fitted each with a steam shower and a lot more. The outdoor jacuzzi will you bring down all year round. Enjoy the south facing terrace with sittings and sunbeds. Our prices include all charges and final cleaning for 3 persons. Notes on accommodation
All chalets and apartments are suitable for children. Pets allowed. A room maid will be available for the Chalets for an extra charge of 25 Euro per day (1.5 hours).
Accessibility
The chalets Rauschberg, Sonntagshorn and Unternberg are single storey.
Sorry, our apartments and the canadian style Chalet are not suitable for handicapped people.
Outside
Outside you can use the barbeque area with seating.
We also have picnic tables, sunbeds and a playground.
Coast/Beach
Some lakes are less then 10km away. Also a communal pool and a indoor pool are located in Ruhpolding.
Golf
Ruhpolding has a 18-hole course with special offers for guests. Prices: green fee 35 euros a day, 45 euros per weekend. Introductory offer: 10 euros per person for 1 hour. Course allowance (handicap) in 5 days for 399 euros per person, from the beginning of May until mid October. Additional information is available upon request. In 45 mins drive you will find 4 more golf course.
Skiing
There are about 150km of cross-country ski trails and downhill courses in and around town, as well as in Winkelmoosalm/Steinplatte which also offer a great diversity of activities. Or take a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the wild, romantic winter landscape.

From Munich you leave the A8 about the exit No. 112 in the direction of Ruhpolding. After the end of the town Ruhpolding approx. 4 km further in the direction of Reit im Winkl, past in the district of Waich and in the inn "Fritz am Sand", after 100m on the right, sign "Ferienwohnungen auf dem Bauernhof - Beim Waicher "!
