This stylish and spacious 3rd floor apartment accommodates 2 people in great style (and up to 5) and accessed by lift or stairs. It is situated in a wonderfully commanding position, on raised ground at Mont Boron, the most sought after part of Nice. It enjoys truly spectacular views with 180° panorama of the Cote d'Azur. It is a 7 minute stroll to the beaches, marina and old port surrounded by a marvellous selection of charming restaurants. It is less than 10 minutes to the Chateau Hill and Park, the Old Town, Flower Market, Antiques Quarter and the Promenade des Anglais. For those who prefer not to walk or drive, there is a bus stop at 150 yards.

Notes on accommodation
Everything in the apartment has been designed for total visual pleasure in the Art Deco style to give a true feeling of the French Riviera.
Accessibility
Access to the building is up a slope. There is a lift or stairs to the apartment which is located on the 3rd floor.
Outside
Fully furnished balcony with table and chairs for taking meals outside.
2 sun-loungers. Full-width electrically operated sun blind to give plenty of shade if required. Large private ground-floor garage (at no extra charge to you) conveniently situated if you have luggage or shopping, in a private courtyard right beside the main entrance to the apartment building. A car is definitely not required but if you are going to have a car for any of the time whilst you are in Nice it is absolutely vital that you have somewhere to park it.
Coast/Beach
This apartment is 300 metres from the Mediterranean and the beaches and 600 metres from the port(marina). At the bottom of the front page of our own website you can click to open a map of Nice which will show the exact location of the apartment.

Travel
Every day of the year there are many flights from England and most parts of the world, direct to Nice. By bus, taxi, hire car or private car, the apartment is only 15 minutes from Nice airport.
Further details
Visit the Sardinian neighbourhoods around the port, the Victorian avenues of Cimiez, the breath-taking panorama at the top of Mont Boron and the narrow, picturesque streets of the Old Town. Stroll around the deluxe boutiques in the town's pedestrian areas and the world famous Promenade des Anglais, see the Negresco (Wedding Cake) Hotel and the Russian Church and other wonderful architectural sites and attractions, from the colourful Flower Market to the Chateau Hill and the Antiques Quarter.
Nice is a highly cultural, vibrant and fascinating city, and is 2nd only to Paris in the whole of France for the number and variety of its museums and galleries. It has a wonderful Opera House, similar to La Scala, several concert halls and countless attractions to suit every taste and interest that would take months and months to fully explore.
2 miles away, you have the old town and beautiful bay of Villefranche sur Mer and the spectacular peninsular of Cap Ferrat. Along with Nice, these are without doubt our 3 favourite places on the whole of the French Riviera (and in the world) and they are all next to each other! The views in all directions, from the ancient forts at Mont Boron and Mont Alban of Nice, Villefranche and Cap Ferrat are absolutely unforgettable.
