The apartments each consist of a large living room, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and two ensuite bathrooms. Located in the city centre on the banks of the river Vltava, across from the famous 'Dancing House', these apartments have great views of the river and the parks outside your door. Just a 10 minute stroll along the riverbank to Charles Bridge and into Old Town. Allternatively, take the tram (which is just a 3 or 4 minutes walk) directly to Prague Castle, Old Town, Wenceslas Square. In addition, you are only 5 minutes walk to a huge modern shopping centre, with countless, shops, bars, restaurants and a huge supermarket for all your requirements.

Notes on prices
All prices are nightly prices for the apartment, not per person. Please see web site for further information. The rates are fully inclusive of all fees and taxes, and free taxi transfer on arrival 10% reduction for stays of 5 nights or more. Additional persons at 15 euros per person per night.
Changeover day
We provide FREE TAXI from the airport on arrival for all bookings of 3 or more days. (We cannot provide this unless you are arriving by air)
Checkout is 11am. Late checkouts can be accommodated for an additional charge.

Riverside View 2 (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 5)

The living room is light and airy with huge picture windows leading to a lovely balcony with fabulous views of the river. The room has a large sofa bed, a coffee table, lamps, a TV with international satellite channels, DVD player and a CD player. Also here is a dining table and chairs. The rooms have beautiful parquet floors, high ceilings and a ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven and hob, dishwaher, breakfast bar and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The master bedroom has a king size double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, a bureau and a large walk in closet. It has wall to wall carpetting. This room faces onto a courtyard. It has a full en suite bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and hand basin. The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables, walk in closet, reading lamps, a bureau and has wall to wall carpetting. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartments are fully centrally heated. In all of our apartments we can provide wireless laptop cards (need to be reserved at the time of booking) which will give unlimited internet access. Deposit required, and small daily charge payable.
Outside
Just outside the apartments are two nice parks for relaxing. One has childrens playground, riverside cafe and games area. Boats also for hire.
Travel
Prague airport is about 25 minutes from the city centre (see below for details of FREE taxi).

This is a non-smoking apartment.
There is a safety deposit box in the apartment.
There is a 3 day minimum (5 day minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period).
There is a 8.00 Euros cleaning charge per person to be paid on arrival with a minimum charge of 20.00 Euros per apartment.
We do not accept stag or hen groups.

I just wanted to say how much we loved the apartment! You did an excellent job making the place comfortable and it is decorated so that it makes the guests feel very at home.
