Also in this room is a dining table and three chairs. The living room has a beautiful wooden floor and a pitched roof with skylight windows. Additional booking conditions: this is a non-smoking apartment. There is a safety deposit box in the apartment. There is a 3 day minimum (5 day minimum stay across the Christmas, Easter New Year period). Upon booking we require a 15% deposit. The balance is payable on arrival. We do not accept stag or hen groups. Please note charges are inclusive of taxes. There is a one off cleaning fee per booking of 25 euros.
