The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with very high standard electronics and facilities.

40km from Beijing Capital Airport, 30 mins by any means of public transport to the very heart of Beijing and other main historical attractions. Driver included car service is available for just 25 pounds per day.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of convenient metro and bus services. Transportation to the CBD is relatively quick by bus (15 minutes), light-rail metro (20 minutes) and car (10 minutes on expressway).

Booking notes
Please book at least 7 days in advance to allow arrangement of relevant service. This is because most Chinese don't speak English, therefore everything shall be planned in detail.

Rental Notes:
Rents may vary depending on numbers of guests. Standard rates are for up to 4 persons only. Please add 50 US$/week per additional person.

Depending on the length of the stay, a minimum 50$ booking deposit shall be paid net of any bank charges before confirmation of your booking can be done.

About the owner
I have started to let my 3-floor apartment online at the beginning of 2006 on OwnersDirect and have hosted over 60 groups of over 150 friends from US, Canada, France, Australia, UK, Norway and the Netherlands and several other countries. The biggest was in the 2008 Beijing Olympics and I had managed to host over 50 friends. Everybody I hosted enjoyed their stay, the cooking and cleaning service by my maid, free Chinese lessons by a retiring senior Chinese teacher and free guiding by her English speaking daughter. They have written very encouraging comments. It's been a great success and many thanks to OwnersDirect !!! Now I'm expanding to Shanghai and looking for another success in the up coming Expo 2010 Shanghai in May 1!!
