Apartment 9 allows access to the beach in a few steps and also enjoys uninterrupted views of the sea and historic harbour from its living room, large patio area and sun roof. There is a large shared swimming pool 20 metres to the left of the patio area. The beach area enclosed by the old harbour wall is sheltered and ideal for smaller children. The apartment has the benefit of being fully fitted with new furniture of a high standard. Additionally all local amenities are accessible only a short walk away (3 minutes).

Outside
The area between the patio and the beach comprises a small garden. There is patio furniture and sun loungers with the property plus additional sun loungers on the beach and around the pool.
Coast/Beach
The property is best described as being on the beach with sea views from the patio, roof terrace and sitting room.
Travel
Sal International Airport is a cheap 20 minute taxi ride away from door to door, with no problem of availability.
We can obtain your visas in advance at a cost of £35 per head. We require a minimum two weeks notice and advance payment to obtain visas.
Distances
Santa Maria town centre is with 3 minutes walk, and 2 of the best local restaurants within less than a minute. Porto Antigos own bar/restaurant is only 30 metres on the far harbour wall.
Further details
Sal is a water sports paradise for surfers, wind surfers, kite surfers, divers and fishermen, not to mention sun worshippers. In the event of any problems arising during the rental period these will either be dealt with by the owner in person or in the alternative by an English speaking representative.
Booking notes
To book simply phone and pay a deposit of 25% of total rental cost by cheque, with balance due 60 days before start of rental period.
