A short stroll to the beach, beach restaurants and Sal Rei, and a short drive from the airport. Blends the services of a hotel (airport transfers, breakfast, bar, cleaning etc) with the flexibility of self-catering.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is suitable for couples or for families. Casa Velha also has a small cafe, bar and library.
Accessibility
Not suitable for disabled, due to stairs.
Outside
Huge private terrace, with sea views, 4 large sofas, double deckchair, outside table and chairs etc. The bedroom has a romantic wooden balcony, the highest point around and therefore glorious views. The apartment faces south-west, ideal for watching the sun setting over the sea.
Coast/Beach
Less than 200 yards from Estoril beach.
Travel
Less than 10 mins drive from Boa Vista International Airport (BCV). We can arrange for airport transfer to/from Casa Velha in advance. Car hire is not essential, but can be organised after arrival. Direct flights to BCV from Gatwick (from November 2008) and Manchester (from May 2009), or earlier indirect flights via Sal from Gatwick, Manchester or Birmingham. Please contact us if you need details.
Distances
The local small town is Sal Rei, a short stroll from the apartment.

Mastercard is not usually accepted in Cape Verde, so bring Visa debit/credit card and Euros.

30% deposit required, with balance 9 weeks prior to departure. Deposit is non-refundable.
