Casa Velha ('Old Home') has been newly built using the colours and style of Portuguese colonial architecture, with a single central courtyard, typical of the colonial past, overlooked by romantic wooden balconies. It consists of only a few clean elegant apartments and stylish reception, cafe and bar. The penthouse has the romance of sea views, seclusion and privacy ideal for 2, but can sleep 4 easily. A short stroll to the beach, beach restaurants and Sal Rei, and a short drive from the airport.

Sheets and towels (not beach towels) provided. Changed weekly. The penthouse is cleaned weekly. Extra cleaning & laundry can be supplied by arrangement with Casa Velha management. |

The apartment is suitable for couples or for families.
Accessibility
Not suitable for disabled people or young children, due to stairs.
Outside
Large private terrace, with sea views, 4 large sofas, outside table and chairs etc. The bedroom has a romantic wooden balcony, the highest point around and therefore wide views.
The apartment faces south-west, ideal for watching the sun setting over the sea.
Coast/Beach
Less than 200 yards from Estoril beach.
Travel
Less than 10 mins drive from Boa Vista International Airport (BVC). We can arrange for airport transfer to/from Casa Velha in advance. Car hire is not essential, but can be organised after arrival. There are direct flights to BVC from Gatwick and Manchester, or indirect flights via Sal from Birmingham. Please contact us if you need help.
Distances
The local small town is Sal Rei, a short stroll from the apartment.

Mastercard is not usually accepted in Cape Verde, so bring Visa debit/credit card and Euros.
This is a new resort, so new facilities and buildings are appearing all the time.

Breakfast available, but not included in price. 30% deposit required, with balance 9 weeks prior to departure. Deposit is non-refundable.
