Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. We offer a 20% discount for booking of a month or longer.
Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible. Departure time is 10am, although you may be able to stay longer if no-one is booked in immediately after you; in any event your bags can be stored until you leave for home.

Outside
Terrace with lovely sea views, table and chairs and room to sleep under the stars if you want.
There are great sea views and the additional treat of overlooking the cultural centre. It's like having your own private box.
Coast/Beach
Located in the centre of Santa Maria and less than a minute from the beautiful white sand beach.
Travel
There are regular direct flights to Sal and transfers from the airport are by taxi and take about 20 minutes.
We can arrange transport to and from the airport for you if you wish.
Distances
Transport is not necessary because everything is close by.
However if you want to tour the island it is possible to hire a car or taxi, or for the more adventurous why not jump on a local bus (called 'Aluger') - great fun, quick and cheap!
Further details
With its stunning sandy beaches and myriad ocean-based activities, Santa Maria is becoming increasingly well known as the beach and water sports destination. It's so good that the 3-times world windsurf champion even has a school here.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking, with full payment due 8 weeks prior to departure. We accept Pounds Sterling and Euros.
