The complex has its own bar and restaurant located on the waters edge. Apt. 33B is studio apartment which accommodates 2 people comfortably is on the edge of the beach. No. 12 has 2 bedrooms and conveniently situated on the front line by the pool and beach. The spacious lounge also has a large double sofa bed and the apartment will sleep 5 very comfortably. 66 is a three bedroom upstairs apartment for up to 6 pax. which has lovely views of the pool, sea and beach. All have a well equipped open plan kitchen and dining area. All have a large covered balcony furnished with patio table and chairs. The apartments is situated near the beautiful large pool which in turn has direct access to the exclusive private beach. A small additional charge applies for extra occupancy. To book simply call us and pay a deposit of £80 for studio and 1 bedroom. £120 for two bedroom and £160 for three bedroom which can be done over the phone with a credit or debit card. The balance is payable 9 weeks before departure.

Change over day is flexible.
Notes on accommodation
Bath towels and linen are included and will be changed once during a one week stay and three times during a two week stay.
There is also maid service during the towel and linen changes.
Air-conditioning is included.

The complex has its own restaurant and beach bar located by the waters edge with stunning views. Facing south-west it is a favourite for sunset drinks.

About the owner
We are 3 brothers who started going to Lanzarote in 1980. Over the years we have grown to love Lanzarote and have adopted this beautiful island as our home. There is always at least one of us in Lanzarote looking after our properties there, and one or 2 of us in England looking after the bookings. We have many guests still coming back with us from the early 80’s and we are very proud to be able to boast a repeat and recommended clientele rate of over 80%. Over the years we have grown our portfolio and offer an excellent selection of accommodation to suit all requirements. We also own apartments on the Island of Sal in the Cape Verde Islands. The beautiful weather, relaxed atmosphere, diverse water sports and friendly locals persuaded us that this would be a wonderful place to holiday.
