The apartment is situated 36km from the airport (approx 30 mins) with excellent road links. Via a 5 minute woodland walk you reach the areas longest and widest beach which provides fine sand and the warm Black Sea. Entertainment is available along the beach strip in the numerous restaurants and nightclubs, many of which have live shows. The apartment is fully air conditioned (hot / cold) with good sized double bedroom. The bathroom has a powerful shower WC and wash basin has a cloakroom as well. Additional services available in the Vista Del Mar complex include controlled access with 24 hour security, panoramic roof terrace, games room, shops, restaurant and pool bar. Tourist services are available at low cost for guests within the complex as is room service. Nearby Old Town Nessebar is a World Heritage site and with it's narrow cobblestone lanes, 2 storey houses which jut above the streets and the many gift shops, pubs and flower gardens attracts visitors from around the world.

On the roof there is a wonderful fully equipped panoramic sun terrace. There is an outdoor guarded parking lot and a 24-hours security guard on site providing controlled access. Three German built lifts serve all 74 apartments in the complex. One of the pools is shallow & suitable for children , Mothers & Babies & adult non swimmers

A ramp is provided for disabled visitors to the complex and there a 3 lifts to access the upper floors.

Large roof terrace with sun loungers. Ground floor has 2 adjoining outdoor pools -one for children & the timid -with a pool bar & Bar B Q for guests. A number of nooks and crannys are provided for people who want solitude to read, snooze or to be left alone.
Coast/Beach
Sunny Beach on the Black Sea coast is the best in Bulgaria with golden sands completely safe bathing, a good climate and plenty of activities going on to cater for the whole Family. A car is not a necessity since public transport is cheap reliable and covers the whole area. Shops, daytime entertainments and all the facilities of modern living are easily accessible and the 24/7 nightlife has to be experienced to be believed - all this at a third of the cost in the UK.
Special interest holidays
Booking of a wide variety of organised excursions available on site. A free bus to the highly popular Aqua Park stops outside the apartments. The aqua parks in the area are big & well equipped whilst horse riding, para gliding ,water skiing and all aquatic activities abound
Travel
Transfers from Bourgas airport can be arranged with prior notice. The complex is 36km north of Bourgas airport with excellent road links taking approx 30 mins. If one comes into Varna airport the journey time to St.Vlas increases to 90 minutes.
Distances
Nessebar is approximately 5km and Ravda is 8km.
Further details
Sunny Beach is a busy and thriving town with many shops, restaurants, bars and banks. There are nightclubs, taverns with folklore shows and excellent choice of sea sports which includes surfing, waterskiing, hand gliding, horse riding and banana boats. The resort has 2 large aqua parks featuring flumes, pools, slides, karting and much more. There is cuisine to suit all tastes including Bulgarian dishes and locally produced wine and brandy. Currently dinner for two in good surroundings & with a bottle of wine can cost as little as 20 euros.
Booking notes
The apartment is available from March onwards and bookings can be secured with a £50 deposit (non-refundable). The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A £50 damage deposit is required when the final payment is made which will be refunded after our agent has inspected the apartment before departure.
House swap
My wife and I are interested in an exchange with either our UK property or the Bulgarian apartments. We are interested in "off beat " locations and the Caribbean or the USA.
