There is a large shared swimming pool, set in the lawned garden. They are situated in Preselci, which is a typical Bulgarian village renowned for its clean air.

Changeover days and times are flexible, but if we have other guests arriving, we may have to ask to vacant earlier than you would have preferred.

The lounge has a large corner sofa and armchair, TV/display unit withTV, DVD player and music centre.
The kitchen is American style and is fully fitted with full size electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, crockery and utensils you will need for an enjoyable holiday.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with large double beds and 1 with twin beds.
All the bedrooms have large wardrobes, dressing tables and bedside tables.
The master bedroom has a door which leads out onto the patio area.
There is also an en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin.
The family bathroom has a corner bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin.

Notes on accommodation
The villas can be booked separately or together. This is ideal if you have a large family or group of friends who want to holiday together. Bed linen and towels are provided, together with a weekly maid service.
Outside
Leading from each lounge is a large patio area where there is seating for 8 people per unit. This leads down to the large garden area and the shared swimming pool, which is 8x5m.
Coast/Beach
There is a lovely unspoilt beach, just 10 mins drive away. There is also a beach at Varna, which is about 15 mins drive away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Varna, which is about 20/30 min drive away. A car is not essential, as there are many taxis available, but is recommended.
Further details
There are many small local shops and restaurants in Preselci. There are also supermarkets and larger restaurants situated in and around Varna and the surrounding area.

A £50 deposit is required to secure a booking, with full payment 6 weeks before arrival.
