Large sun terrace surrounding communal pool has a sandpit/man made beach area where sunloungers are provided. swimming pool has a separate smaller pool attached for children and the entire area is fenced for their security.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes stroll brings you to 8km of beautiful sandy beaches where you will find sun loungers, jet skiing, banana boats, parasailing, water skiing, paddle boats, rowing boats, massages, boat trips and much more. Following the beach is a promenade where you will find restaurants, fast food, market stalls and lots of entertainment. The Black Sea is non-tidal and has a gentle sloping floor ideal for bathing and especially for children. The beaches are patrolled by lifeguards.
Travel
The nearest airports are Bourgas and Varna. Bourgas is approx. 30 mins from Sunny Beach Varna is slightly further. Arrangements can be made for you to be met at the airport by the complex management on request. Low cost flights can be booked with wizzair.com. or travelrepublic.co.uk.
Distances
The old fishing village of 'Nessebar' and Sunny Beach centre are 10 mins away in their respective opposite directions.
Further details
There are lots of opportunities for sporting activities in Sunny Beach. These include surfing, jet skis, parasailing, banana boats, tennis courts, children's playgrounds, mini golf and horse riding. Scooters, bicycles and golf carts can be hired out along the promenade. There is a mini road train the operates from various locations and travels into the centre of Sunny Beach. You can also see Sunny Beach by horse drawn carriage. There is already one water park the Aqua Action Park in Sunny Beach with another planned for 2006. All around Sunny Beach you will find artists who will draw you a portrait at a very reasonable price. The historic town of Old Nessebar is very close by. Some parts of this area date back 2500 years and is under a preservation order as a living museum town, housing the remains of 40 churches from different periods in history. The narrow cobbled streets and gabled houses make this a traditional Bulgarian town. You will also find here some excellent restaurants and shops.

A deposit of £100 is required to confirm your booking, this will be used as a security bond which will be refunded upon return of the keys and inspection of the apartment by our agent (this is not refundable in the event of cancellation).
The full rental fee must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
