This luxury 1 bedroom apartment located on the 1st floor sleeps four people comfortably. It has 1 smart en suite shower room and a further WC. Ideal for skiing and snowboarding in the winter and great for hill walking, golf and relaxing in the summer. All the facilities to have a great ski or walking holiday or just relax in the Apres Ski bar, happy hour every day and Sunday lunch served. Christmas dinner Disco and Father Christmas. New Years Eve Disco and buffet only 35 euro.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Credit Cards taken but plus 2% long lets available. Bank transfers can be made to the Management Company in Euros or UK pounds. We have some big reductions on our apartments until January.

No specific day. Check in is 2pm Check out 11 am we can arrange early check in and late check outs on request and subject to availablilty.

Outside
On site facilities includes, for relaxing after a long day a sauna, Jacuzzi, solarium, massage room, table tennis and gym. There are separate ski lockers for this apartment meaning you don't have to carry your ski equipment upstairs. There is also a lift available. There is a very nice lobby bar for apres ski drinks after a hard day on the slopes. Services start 1st December 07

Travel
Approx 2 hours 30 minutes from Sofia airport to Bansko. You can book an airport collection for £98 return for up to 4 people. You will be met with by a representative even though your plane may be late.
Distances
Very central and close to the Gondola for walking. Once in Bansko you should have no need of transport if you are skiing in Bansko.
Further details
Bansko has banks shops etc and plenty of cash points to withdraw cash. The beautiful Rila Monastery near Bansko is a great place to visit during the warmer months from May through October. The Pirin National Park combines breathtaking views with excellent opportunities for hiking and sightseeing, including plethora of lakes, waterfalls, caves and historical sights. There is a brand new golf course beeing built for 2007, designed by Ian Woosnam. The town and the nearby villages are known for their healing mineral water springs, providing opportunities for rest and relaxation. The town of Bansko attracts visitors with its 120 cultural monuments. It is famous for its fortified and artistically decorated houses, museums and the Bansko School of Art. A very interesting site is the Holy Trinity Church, with its 30m high belltower and clock, splendid murals and woodcarvings. Every August Bansko hosts the National Jazz Festival.
