This modern newly built apartment complex is situated in quiter area of Sunny Beach yet the centre is only about a 10 minute walk away, and the sea approximatley 200 yards. The Green Fort complex is perfect for families with young children. Facilities on the complex include Large pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, restaurant, bar, tennis court and supermarket. There are security gates and a guard at the entrance to the complex and surveillance cameras have also been installed.
The apartment comprises of a modern shower room, open plan living area with kitchen, and a separate bedroom.

24 hour security on the complex.
Outside
Large corner balcony accessible from the apartment. The grounds of the complex are well maintained with flower beds and lawns. There is a restaurant and bar area both overlooking the swimming pools, a tennis court, and childrens play areas positioned around the complex. The complex has railing around the whole perimetre and a security guard at the main gates to prevent children wandering out or away from the parents.
Coast/Beach
The sea is about 200 yards away, and the Blue Flag award winning beach just a little further. The beautiful bay sweeps right round to the world heritage site of Nessebar. Watersports are available on the beach and include parasailing, jet skis, doughnuts and pedalos.
Travel
Bourgas airport is about 20 minutes away by car. We can arrange a taxi transfer to and from the airport should you wish at a charge.

Car hire is available from as little as £30 per day.
Taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced.
A regular boat service is available to Nessebar from Sunny Beach, the journey takes about 15 minutes and is highly recommended.
Distances
Built on a small island and dating back over 2500 years is the ancient town of Nessebar, it's about 10 minutes away by car and is well worth a visit especially on an evening to sample one of it's many fresh fish restaurants.
Bourgas City with it's airport is about 35 km away and is great for shopping.
Further details
There are a multitude of restaurants offering varying types of cuisine. Lots of bars clubs, casinos and cafes, will cater for your every need, with prices for a pint of beer at 30p not being uncommon.
There are numerous supermarkets offering fantastic value for both food and drink.
Booking notes
Full payment required 6 weeks before arrival.
A non-refundable deposit if £75 is required (July-August bookings only) to reserve the apartment.
£100 refundable breakage bond is required when paying the balance. This will be refunded to you after your departure, once we have confirmation that the apartment has been left in a satisfactory condition.
