Luxury 2 bed apartment located in a quiet development only 250m from the beach. It's a short walk from all amenities - centre, aqua park, discos, restaurants, night bars. There is 24 hours supermarket 1 min walk, The Aqua Park is around 4 min walk and the main promenade where hotel Kuban is - around 6-7 mins walk. The apartment is with a swimming pool view with spacious balconies. There is everything you can think of in the apartment, fully equipped kitchen , cable TV with lots of English channels, air con etc This is a 4 star complex, with kids' play area, restaurant/bar, free use of the sun loungers. 100m is the nearest big supermarket where you can buy everything you need. As the complex is in a walking distance to everything you don't need to use a taxi which can be very expensive in Sunny Beach. Although it's in a close distance to all amenities night time it's very quiet and that's why it's one of the perfect locations in Sunny Beach.
