Villa Viola was built in 2007 on the hillside (hence the stunning views) above Balchik. With three large bedrooms on the two upper floors, each with their own dressing room and ensuite bath/shower room. All have beautiful panoramic views across to the Black Sea and two have furnished balconies to watch the sunrise, soak up the sun or just chill! Go downstairs to a large open plan kitchen/dining area that is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, cooker, hob and dishwasher. There is a seperate utility area with washing machine. The dining area leads into a comfortable seating area with TV etc which is double aspect so the views can also be enjoyed from inside. There are blinds on every window to maintain a cool temperature. Every room has its own air-condtioning/heating unit. On this floor there is a wet room with shower, basin and toilet. Double doors lead out onto the covered terrace with large infinity swimming pool and garden equipped with table, chairs and sunbeds.

Notes on prices

To secure the booking we require a £250 deposit per week with the balance due 8 weeks before your arrival, plus a £200 (per stay) security damage deposit. The security deposit (£200) is required in case of damage to the property or its contents. The owner will account to the client for the damage deposit and refund the balance due within two weeks of the end of the rental period. The Client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition on departure. The owner reserves the right to make a £15 an hour charge (to be deducted from the security damage deposit) to cover additional cleaning costs if the client does not leave the property as it was found. Full conditions and payment details will be sent upon confirmation of the booking.

The weekly price includes: 1: Rent of the whole villa for a week, bed linen (not cot bedding) and towels (not beach towels), and all utility bills. 2: A Welcome Pack of groceries. 3: Transfers to and from Varna Airport (for up to eight people) on arrival and departure are included. Just let us know your flight details and arrival time and you will be met at the Arrivals Gate. We can also arrange for a hire car to be delivered to and collected from the villa.

Bedrooms: The top floor master bedroom has large double bed and a single chair/bed with room for travel cot (available) and with a wonderful balcony & views across your pool to Albena and the Black Sea. Come down one flight to the second bedroom with large double bed and wardrobe plus large en suite with shower & corner bath. There is a balcony on this floor which has an external door into 4th bedroom. This room also has it's own separate front door with steps down to the drive. This bedroom has 2 single beds and en suite shower room. Down another flight is 3rd bedroom which is furnished with a large double bed and comfy armchair. It has dressing room and en suite bathroom. There is sufficient space in any of the rooms for the travel cot (please bring bedding). A high chair is also provided. Bed linen and towels for use in villa are provided. All bedrooms have their own independently controlled air-conditioning/heating unit.

There is WiFi internet connection available throughout the house.Ceramic tiled throughout - with comfortable modern and homely furnishings. Large swimming pool with infinity aspect with good size patio and gardens. Table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining and comfy sun beds with colourful pillows and umbrellas for soaking up the 'rays'. The garden is enclosed on three sides with shared access past the neighbouring villa with parking for 2 vehicles.

Location Information: For golf fans new quality championship golf courses are not far away - Black Sea Rama and Lighthouse GC's both opened in 2008 with others planned. An experience not to be missed! Villa Viola is perfectly situated in a quiet area above Balchik, with the Black Sea and marina a 25 minute walk away down a meandering path through the village past interesting typical Bulgarian homes. Balchik is an historic seaside/harbour village with a selection of typical Bulgarian shops and an upmarket seafront promenade which offers a wide variety of traditional and stylish bars, restaurants, hotels & attractions. Other places of interest include the Royal Palace and Botanical Gardens with its 2000 plant & cactus species. Above the villa are country walks to the top of the mountain past more Bulgarian homes offering amazing views both inland & towards the sea. Albena resort is a short drive away, with its sandy beaches, water sports & children entertainments plus a selection of bars and restaurants
