Villa is located at the end of a quiet road with no passing traffic and has secure parking if required. Walking distance to all amenities in Balchik.

Villa is set in well maintained south facing gardens with full sea views. Has sunbathing area with sunbeds. Private pool and heated 6 person jacuzzi. Garden level BBQ. Patio tables and chairs. Private parking behind secure gates.
Coast/Beach
Balchik beach is located to the North of the town, approx 20 minutes walk. The south of the town has a marina with bars and restaurants and a promenade walkway to the Queens Palace and the Botanical Gardens. The centre of Balchik has shops, souvenirs, banks, supermarkets, tourist attractions.
The beaches at Albena, Kranevo & Golden Sands offer more tourist areas with beach bars and restaurants. Minibus service and car hire are available. Prices on request.
Golf
15 minutes drive to Black Sea Rama and Lighthouse golf courses. Both have clubhouses, restaurants and spa areas. Sea views.
Special interest holidays
For those interested in water sports the Black Sea is ideal. Water Skiing, ringos, diving, boat rides. Available on request skippered boat for day/evening trips, and water sport activities. Prices on request. Boat owned by the villa owner.
Also minibus hire with driver for all local areas, shopping trips, nights out, restaurant runs, other places of interest. Prices on request. All the above can booked on arrival at the villa or during the course of the stay. For those wanting to explore Bulgaria further car hire is available on request.
Travel
The nearest airport is Varna, 40 minutes drive, and we offer a free airport transfer service by 8 seater air-conditioned minibus for those travelling into Varna. There is a further airport at Burgas which is 2 hours down the coast. The transfer charge for this is 100 Euro (200 leva) each way. Car hire is available please contact via email for prices and info. For those not wanting to drive we offer a minibus service and cheap rates to all the local places.
Distances
The resort of Albena is 10 minutes drive, Kranevo 15 minutes drive, and the large tourist resort of Golden Sands is 20 minutes drive. Minibus service available with collection to and from your villa. Price list available on arrival. The cities of Varna and Dobrich are 30 minutes drive. Varna has shopping Malls, sea gardens, pedestrianised shopping areas, bars & restaurants, etc. Dobrich is ideal for wandering around and shopping.
Further details
There are many local restaurants on the sea front area in Balchik, all offering different cuisine and competitive prices.
For those wanting more night life Albena, Kranevo & Golden Sands offer late night bars & night clubs. All shops, supermarkets, banks are easily available in Balchik.
Booking notes
For bookings please either email or telephone. 10% deposit payment on booking & balance 6 weeks prior to holiday date. If less than 6 weeks payment due in full. A 100 euros damages deposit is payable on arrival at the villa, returnable on departure after villa inspection. Booking payments can be made by direct payment into a UK or Bulgarian bank account if desired. Contact for info. Payments can also be made by Paypal (must include the paypal fees).

-2 year stay from American business men - ideal location for work & pleasure.
-3 month rental (June -Sept) from European travellers - only came for 1 month, stayed 3. Enjoyed it so much.
-Summer 09, couple stayed 10 weeks, whilst own accommodation was otherwise unavailable.
- Summer 10, same couple came back for 2 weeks for holiday. Various other holiday bookings through the summer.
- 2011 - bookings from Russians, Polish, English & Romanians, proving very popular this year.

About the owner
Have lived in Bulgaria for 4 years and have owned this property the same. Have a vast local knowledge of the best areas to visit, eat, drink, shop etc. For those that want either the full blown holiday resort holiday with all the tourist attractions or for those that want a quieter more chilled holiday relaxing. I can provide car hire if required at cheaper rates then the the bigger rental agencies. I can provide cheap minibus transport to all the local areas. I have a boat that can be booked for water sports, coastal rides, evening cruises etc. Have a vast local knowledge of the sea and the coast line.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
Loved the location in Balchik. Awesome sea views full length of the coast from Balchik, through Albena, Kranevo, Golden Sands to Varna on a clear day. End of road villa so no passing traffic. Easy walking distance to all amenities. Great all round rental potential.
