Bay View Villas is situated in the village of Kosharitza in the Almond Forest Mountains which is the highest point and provides stunning views over Sunny Beach and Nessebar. The villa has the use of its own private splash pool however the main pool with children’s section, jacuzzi and swim up pool bar is close by. The complex also offers Spa/Fitness centre, main restaurant and bar with rooftop seating, Sports bar/cafe with pool tables and table football, childrens playarea, 24 hr Reception, foreign exchange, internet access and parking. Sunny Beach with its wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and beach front activities is only a 5 minute drive (mini bus available) The historic town of Nessebar (a few kilometres from Sunny Beach) is lined with cobbled streets and churches amongst the many shops and stalls. There are numerous restaurants and bars, some of which have sea views. Bay View Villas is ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday with the activities of Sunny Beach close by.

Nina 15B consists of a one bedroom apartment. Open plan living area with a double sofabed with TV. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge and two ring hob. There is a breakfast bar and dining table with 4 chairs plus a separate WC and balcony. The bedroom has one double bed with en-suite shower room. The apartment is air conditioned. |

Nina 15A consists of a lawned garden and patio with BBQ, outdoor furniture and private splash pool. There are also a few outdoor games available for use.

The Nearest airport is Bourgas and is 17km. Airport transfers are available at a charge.

A mid holiday linen change and towel change can be arranged at an additional charge. Baby cots are available to hire. A welcome pack can be arranged at an additional charge.
Booking notes
Rates include compulsory cleaning on departure. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week per apartment is required to secure your booking.The balance is due 10 weeks prior to departure.

About the owner
I am Rachel Baker and am married with 4 children. I live in Bristol and work from home as a self employed Accounts Manager. Myself and my husband purchased Bay View Villas in 2007 and have enjoyed numerous holidays there. As we have quite a hectic life we find it very relaxing with the added bonus of being able to go into Sunny Beach. We have recently added a few pictures to the villas to make it a bit more homely and are gradually buying extra items to make life easier when you are on holiday. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do and would be grateful for any feedback so we can make any necessary improvements.
